Location is great since it’s right next to the biggest mall in Europe!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing shower and good breakfast. They have a huge parkinglot, which you do have to pay for. The hotel is located right next to the mall

Good hotel to stay in. Missing some basic amenities but could be asked at service desk. Next to Oberhausen Centro shopping centre and busses to central is just walking distance.

More like a 3 star hotel rather than 4. Basic necessities like a 3 star would have. Parking could’ve been inclusive just for hotel guests since it’s a 4 star as well

location is perfect, just 2 mins walk to Centro mall and the winter market. Rooms are perfect and staff is very friendly. I think this is the first hotel where I saw the environment's sustainable goals implemented

Food is decent, staff are mostly friendly, we where there for a board game convention locally but kept getting hassle from staff when trying to play

Intercity hotel is close to the train station which is very convenient when you have to take the train. But water pressure of the hand shower was very low. It might be to safe water but not pleasure for a quick shower

Great hotel, newly refurbished, very clean but what stood up was the night shift person Steven Denkowitz who went way out of his way to accommodate me and my family with 2 young children when we checked in at night

Lovely hotel, but it is most definitely 'out of town'. Breakfast was varied and plentiful in German style. No adjacent restaurants that I could see other than the unglamorous food of the Westfield Centre

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The rooms and lobby was very clean. I have to tell the service was fantastic, because we booked 2 twin rooms for family of 4

He gave me suitable room considering my duration of stay, helped with vanity kits, informed nearby eating outlets, best of all informed about LIDL store 😀. Extended my checkout time on request

Near Oberhausen Centro 2 minutes walk great And breakfast very tasty And rooms very great and comfortable I would like to be normal again

And the hitel staff gave us a conjoined room with door in between. Which was so comfortable and my kids loved it

I stayed for the second time and it was nice.

Check in, filling out a lot of paperwork, must be done! Rooms are nice and clean. The elevator 🛗 needs to be serviced or had it’s best time 😳. Visit the bar before dinner, friendly staff

Europe road trip The hotel is in an amazing location - with Centro Promenade (loads of places to eat and a fab arcade) about a 10 minute drive away

If you have ever wondered what it would feel like to sleep on the hood of a car… If you have ever wanted to shower while watching your partner deliver a sexy dumpling show… THIS is the place for you!! All joking aside, it was a fantastic, clean, and well located spot for our eurocup game in geltenkircen

We had a upgrade from the hotel for the night which was a good surprise, there was free ice-cream for our boys whenever they wanted and the service was perfect, the staff was vriendly and helpful

A beautiful, modern & clean hotel

The breakfast buffet was nice, which includes bread, meat, cheese, eggs, condiments and much more. There was definitely enough to pick to eat that even our picky daughter ate enough

We booked a package at this hotel which includes a 3 night stay including breakfast and 2-day movie park ticket, and tickets to Lego discovery center and sealife

We were in Duisburg to visit Landschaftspark and needed a place to stay for two nights. We chose this centrally located hotel, and we had a very pleasant stay

We stayed here for 6 nights in a comfort king room. Spacious room with air-conditioning, which was brilliant as it was 32c during our stay. The staff were brilliant and so helpful organising taxis when we required them

Laura on reception was particularly helpful going over and above her duties -helping to contact a local Taxi Co (who only had an answer phone message - in German). Would recommend, and happy to stay there again

Friendly checkin from luvly welcoming staff, on the Thursday evening when we arrived, the two ladies on reception were very efficient at checking us in, also very good serving us drinks once everyone had returned from having dinner

Other teams were also staying, so the place was very busy during the tournament. We had room 508, which was luvly, spacious, and clean with plenty shelving and wardrobe space, a safe and a fridge

Visited as part of a Scottish Hockey Team, 21 of us in total, most stayed here, but a couple stayed across the road, we saw a double room It was small no air conditioning but still a decent room

It is very difficult to find the hotel, because of its physical location. Extra effort must be made so the guests understand the parking and access to hotel. Different buildings each on different floors

If you're driving and arriving late, the parking garage may have limited access - again, call ahead to verify things. Everyone was super helpful, and everything worked out great

The front desk may not be manned after hours and you have to call to get checked in - all was good once I figured out how to call them from a US cell phone

The room itself was comfortable and clean, the bathrooms could use some updating but all in all a convenient place to stay while on a business trip

But it wasn't the smoothest experience for me. Happy with the room and breakfast. Right next to the train station

Great hotel in a Great neighborhood. just by luck I selected a hotel which is in the best neighborhood in Oberhausen. What impressed me most was that it was quiet. For a family Oberhausen has everything: Good schools

a forest 100 meters from the hotel. The restuarant in the hotel was fantastic. The steak, literally, was like butter. And my guests said their food was also delicious

There was a lot of attention to detail: providing flannels, shower basket to hold our toiletries, movement sensor lights under the bedside cabinets, in the hallway, and in the bathroom perfectly dim so just enough light to get to the bathroom at night without having to fumble for switches, to avoid waking up the other occupant

Not small rooms! Basic, new, very clean, with modern designed rooms. Windows can be opened, no mini fridge, walk in shower, free parking places. The restaurant serves breakfast only. Not centrally located.

Excellent services with a very welcoming and accomodating staff in a quiet and beautifull part of town. Well equipped rooms with comfortable beds and a nice little garden.

The room we had was perfect for a family of 5 (which can be a challenge). Staff was very friendly (especially to our kids). The location is great for visiting the huge Christmas market

Great staff, good breakfast, just missing a coffee station and iron in the room. They will bring you coffee, but I like being able to make my own! 5min walk to nearest train station, and shopping mall

Stayed there for only 12 hours because my flight got cancelled. It was a nice hotel near a plaza with lots of restaurants and other shops. The room was clean and well furnished.

After my dinner in the city the lady behind the reception was so friendly to serve my wine and chat a while. Overall very good experience and the bill was very reasonable

Location is perfect, you can walk to City center and there are lots of restaurant near by. The room is small but clean, private parking is €9 or the whole street is paid public parking

It is located near the City, it was clean and although the breakfast sortiment wasn't the biggest one I had in a hotel in the last years, this was one of the better ones in taste

Stayed here for a night, just to enjoy the christmas markets. Originally we booked this for the lower pricing, but never would we have expected the size and luxury of the rooms

And this took nothing away from the outstanding service and thoughtfullness of the employees. incredibly kind and homely people. Definitly recommend staying here

Very good location, near railway station and of course city centre.

Rooms are always clean, the only downside is the lack of a pillow for the top bunk in the family sized rooms. Breakfast (when we don't leave before it's served) is good and at a great price

The Hotel offers Breakfast. The rooms are just what you expect at the budget group, but have shower and a bed. Unfortunately no small fridge. All in all enough to sleep a couple nights.

The hotel and reception was great. But this is the second time i have booked a hotel thru you that say there is a shuttle service to the airport and there was none. They offered to book me a cab

That was quite uncomfortable because the staff also uses the lift, especially also housekeeping with the carts. So sometimes it’s either you wait or you take the stairs.   - the carpet could be changed

It’s clean, but looks old and worn out. They put up a funny poster, so that makes it a little better. But still, hopefully for the next renovation, please take that up as well.   - the TV mainly had German channels

The main shopping street is behind the hotel on a couple of minutes walking distance. We enjoyed the Christmas market and the kids had KFC.   Some constructive feedback: - the pillows are surprisingly flat

The news channels were also in English. The smart tv’s unfortunately didn’t have apps on like Netflix or Prime, etc. so I could log in with my own account. Neither was there a way to screen mirror my phone

So when the kids were sleeping I ended up watching a movie on my phone… Some minor things, but we do recommend the hotel. If you have a bigger budget, you can find a more luxurious hotel I’m sure

They didn’t have extra pillows left, other guests also asked for them. Might be good to change the pillows. Pillows are not that expensive nowadays, so Accor, please upgrade there

It was nice experience for me and the group I was monitoring. The youth hostel is located next to industries transformed into various sport and leisure activities and a park

We rented a room for workshops and it's big, calm and looks good, there are many bay windows which is great. The outside of the room with the sliding metal door wasn't pretty at all though

It is quite original, and it looks cool with the special lights at night. Had a double room for myself and it was great and clean. The students from my group were quite happy the rooms

Problems with key cards, weird room setup, staff is okay. Beers are fine. Place does the job but nothing great.

The tv in the room is a big Samsung with a good selection of international channels
