Very good hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are very nice and breakfast is great. Every time I visit Idar Oberstein I book this hotel. Splendid!

Very good hotel, at the top of a hill. The room was spacious, clean, and even had a little balcony. The way to the hotel is tough, if you’re not accustomed to driving on steep hills with low visibility. However, you have free parking directly opposite from the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They have a bistro which takes orders until 8 PM, and their breakfast (for the price of €5)was amazing, including fresh fruits, warm dishes and good coffee. Overall, a good hotel!

Nice hotel to stay, especially with the stones and roomnames, what comes back at breakfast etc. Very nice friendly employees, nice clean modern rooms, quiet. Restaurant is simple but good, few choices to order but good. surroudning and to explore Idar-Oberstein this is a nice option if you don't want to stay in the centre. Business good to work relaxed as we did.

Lovely Hotel, on top of a mountain with nice views. Great breakfast fresh pancakes Nice rooms with goods beds and an extra bed for our daughter. Very good service. Restaurant is simpel but good. Good Burger and Pizza Price per Room is good!!!

It was a very nice experience staying at the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and the price are also fair. The hotel rooms are pretty clean and the location is amazing if you like to do more of walking or hiking. It was a bit private place, not much noise from outside. Just pure Nature. Im very happy with our stay. Highly recommended.

Really nice hotel. Cleaning is ok, breakfast is well enough with lot of different choices. Staff was quite helpful for our late check-in request.

This is a very very good option in Idar Oberstein. I visit the town every year for buying stones at the local supplyers. This time i've tried the Kristall and it has been a wonderful surprise. Location perfect, a bit out of the centre on the top of a Hill with nice view and I also saw 2 baby deers getting there. Inside the hotel is modern and well organized. Room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast with a large variety and there is also a snack and beverage spot 24h. The guy at the reception (cant remember the name) was very kind and helpful. Perfect also for familias, with nice gsrden around and many games in the common space. I will definetely come back, posibly with my family next time!!!
