Good location ,Good Room , But there is a loud noise at night. Because the walls of the room are not soundproof, it can be heard from the next room.

The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a nice variety of tasty options. The staff were excellent — especially the very friendly man named Anselmo, who made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was also very child-friendly, which made breakfast relaxed and enjoyable for the whole family. Overall, a great start to the day.

Before checking out, I stopped by the bar and received exceptional service from Alvselino the bartender. His positive attitude and attention to detail made my morning feel relaxed and appreciated. A wonderful final touch to my stay.

A great place! I am a comedian that performs there regularly. It is such a nice venue to perform, and a great hotel. The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Location was a little farther than anticipated. It is central but it's a bit of a walk to the train station and nearest metro, especially if you have luggage. Like others said, it is right next to the red light district so definitely avoid walking in that direction at night time. Otherwise the rooms are clean and spacious. There is a kettle in your room which I didn't realise would be such a luxury before visiting other hotels that didn't provide it. Service was great. Breakfast is continental. The bar area looked like a good place to socialise if you like that kind of thing. They had Happy Hour and there was a Comedy Night during my stay that looked well attended.

Room smelled like someone had smoked inside before my stay. The shower drain was clogged. Rest ok.

Great location. Ease of access from tourist spots. Was welcomed by Tsolmon as we arrived early. He helped and offered to set our luggage aside while we went for breakfast and sightseeing. Breakfast was lovely with wide selections and there’s gym too.

Airport hotel but recently ceased their shuttle service in July. Had to get an Uber which was fine. Hotel was fine, rooms clean but could do with some refurbishing, still a good size room for 4 people. Suitable for an overnight layover. Breakfast provided was very good. Friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely stay here again.
