Sleep & Go Hotel Magdeburg in Magdeburg

The hotel was conveniently located for my purposes, but not very easy to reach by public transport. The room was unnecessarily large (and accordingly empty), and the carpeting needed replacing. My special request for a non-smoking room was accommodated, but the quiet location was unfortunately not available due to screaming children in the room directly across the hall. My inquiries about this beforehand received only a very vague response. The check-in time is very limited, and initially, no one was available upon my arrival. However, when I reached her, the manager came over very quickly. Without greeting and in a somewhat dismissive/uncaring manner, she completed the check-in and then tried to assign me some triple booking, supposedly in my name, which had nothing to do with my booking. She never retracted these statements. Above all, she was truly lacking in friendliness, even during check-out. That's a shame, because the feeling of well-being also depends on the staff.
The price-performance ratio isn't right for me. You can stay there overnight if necessary, but as the name suggests: Sleep and GO. There are better accommodation options in Magdeburg.

A price worty hotel close to the center of town. Some noises from the shop underneath at night and the 6 euro breakfast can be spent better somewhere else. But OK for a night or two. Free parking behind the hotel
