Pleasant rooms! Friendly staff!

We stayed at the Parkhotel Helene for one night over the weekend.
The package was called "Cuddle Time for Two" and included breakfast, a candlelight dinner, and other extras.
We were delighted with the value for money, the friendliness at check-in, and the overall staff and service.
The food was excellent. The room was very spacious.
We would definitely stay again and would absolutely recommend the hotel.

We stayed for a week. Excellent and highly recommended. The rooms were spacious, always clean, and quiet. All the staff were always approachable and friendly. They tried to fulfill every wish. The spa facilities for treatments are within easy walking distance. I had my mother with me in her wheelchair, and the walk up the hill definitely required some stamina ;) We had half-board, and the food is fantastic. Everything is fresh and very well seasoned. For those who might care about that, the Wi-Fi was reliable everywhere. There were more TV channels than we needed. Thank you for letting us stay there. We would love to come back.

Phenomenal location right next to Albert Park – ideal for relaxing strolls and outdoor exercise. Everything is within easy walking distance, and the air is refreshingly fresh. A family-run hotel with a heart that values and fulfills individual needs. Welcoming staff, a comfortable seminar room, and a feel-good atmosphere. After our third seminar here, one thing is certain: We'd love to come back.

Die angebotene Auswahl beim Frühstück war von guter Qualität. Beim Müsli und beim Brot hätte ich mir aber noch mehr Variationen gewünscht.

A very friendly boss, rooms with very good mattresses and clean. Food was okay and breakfast was very good. A small note is allowed, unfortunately the staff did not have their masks on properly. The nose was always clear.

Sterile and old-fashioned, slightly shabby. The parking situation around the hotel is a bit exhausting.
The fact that there is only a narrow bed with a sagging mattress and rubber pad in a large room is not really nice and inviting.

The rooms are comfortably furnished, it is very clean and hygiene regulations are observed. The staff is friendly and the food is normal

The staff seemed a bit stressed and sometimes a bit annoyed, in itself very nice ambience in this hotel appropriately decorated, hotel room was unfortunately provided with two cobwebs and hair in the shower. Food was very good.
