Backstage Hotel in Dresden

To recap, first and foremost when I arrived, they sent me to a room with a key. And when I opened that room, there was already someone in it. So I literally walked in on someone in their room. They gave me a key to a room that opened the door where there was already someone staying. That’s unsafe for both of us first of all. Second of all, I woke up the next morning in the new room that they gave me and there was blood all over my bed. And this is because they have an infestation of Bedbugs in their hotel. At that point I no longer felt safe and I told them I wanted to leave.

And you will see, the blood— my blood— that was all over the bed due to an infestation of bed bugs or ticks biting me throughout the night. I had to leave the hotel. I did not stay the second night. And because of that, I had to pay for one night in another Hotel in Dresden.

At this point two weeks later. The hotel is unresponsive and right now, hotels.com is refusing me a refund. I stay with them all of the time. I can’t believe that they would allow this experience to happen and then not process a refund simply the hotel won’t respond. Horrible.

We were from 27.08./28.08.2016 in the hotel room 8. At first glance, super room,but unfortunately in the bathroom there is no hot water neither in the shower nor the sink. Had the Problem with the hot water got a Complaint then the answer is, who's in the Shower when the weather is warm. For longer stay a wardrobe in the room is missing. Breakfast buffet is 13.00€ far removed from what we have today 31.08.2016 VOX "In the Heavenly Hotel". We were disappointed with the Breakfast. Our tip visit the travesty Revue in CARTE BLANCHE .
