The hotel was almost entirely occupied by road workers. The staff consisted entirely of untrained temporary workers, the way they communicated was rather sloppy and not trustworthy. I even said to one of them that I had been to many hotels in my job, but I had never been spoken to like that. The young man blushed and tried to clarify the matter. To no avail and rather inexperienced and childish. The communication here is very, very rough, almost insulting. The bathroom is outdated and moldy. The open parking lot costs an extra €10, which is outrageous! The breakfast was poor and empty. A sad experience. The room and bed were OK. Conclusion: never again.

The room is large, the environment is good, the surrounding public transportation is convenient, the hotel has a parking lot, and it is very convenient to travel by car.

The nearby bus can go to elbepark, the local shopping center, shopping and eating, and it is a good place to relax during the trip.

The tram museum is within walking distance. The old trams and the trams on the road now, go back in time and sigh at the progress of technology.

unprofessional and unresponsive staff, does not respond to e-mails. I had booked a double room for one person, I had planned to stay alone, but plans changed and i arrived with family (1.5-year-old child and wife), I had warned about this in an e-mail the day before that I planned to come with my family, I did not receive an answer, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception did not even want to add my wife to already booked double number! in the end I had to pay an extra 62€, but in the room had a small bed with a small blanket and one pillow and nothing for the child to sleep on!
in the end i paid much more than i would book same room just for two person!

what else , if you left something behind, they do nothing to help you out with that, usually lots of services even airbnb sends to owners or at least provide some help with that!

It was a bit far from the main tourist attractions.
It was a bit far from the Dresden tourist center, and public transportation (No. 81 or No. 478) near the hotel did not come often, so it was difficult to manage time efficiently. From the next day, I checked the bus schedule and moved according to the time, but it was a bit inconvenient to take the bus to the main tourist attractions and then transfer to the tram in the middle. You can take tram No. 3 near the hotel to go to the main tourist attractions without transferring, but it takes about 15 minutes on foot from the hotel, and it was burdensome to walk back to the hotel in the dark at night.
It was a small hotel, but it was clean and everyone was friendly.
