Anne and Phillip at the front desk were very kind and helpful in their recommendations for where to eat close by and how to navigate to places of interest from the hotel. Our room was exceptionally clean, modern and very well lit. Parking is first-come-first-served but there were plenty of spaces and very convenient to the property (secured lot attached to the hotel). This is a SUPER Super 8 here in Dresden; far above and beyond the service and standards of Super 8 properties in the United States.

The staff is super nice and helpful:) The price is good and so is the location. You can walk basically anywhere and there’s tram stops right by the hotel. I recommend to take a walk by the river with a view at the old town Dresden. The only problems I have are the bathrooms and the parking.
Bathroom: the wall separating the bathroom and bedroom areas is glass, it’s not exactly see-through but you can definitely see something, so it definitely makes your showers a little less private. Other than that the bathroom was clean and had everything I needed.
Parking: it’s way too pricey, small and there’s usually no spots. It’s better to park in the street (in the designated area) 2 minute walk from the hotel. You also have to pay but at least it’s cheaper.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Super 8 by Wyndham Dresden. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located—making it perfect for both exploring the city and relaxing after a long day. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
What really made my visit stand out, however, was the warm and professional service. I’d like to give special thanks to Arab, the lady at the reception. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with genuine kindness and a big smile. She was incredibly helpful with check-in, gave me great local tips, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. It’s rare to meet someone who brings such positive energy to their job, and Arab really made a difference in my stay.

Location very near Neustadt dresden train station. Hotel very clean, desk service is excellent, rooms very clean and comfortable. Showers are amazing , price is very wurthed. Trams for the centre pass few meters from same hotel. Love it.

We went to stay there when our motorbike had some problem so we stayed there 2 nights waiting how we can fix it. The firs guy at the receptionist wasn’t so kind , was a little rude and the room has spiders . I was thinking that this hotel was not a good choice. The next day I explain our situation and our problem with the bike in another person at the receptionist and she was so kind and helpful , the name is ghazal Arab . She was the reason that we stayed there the other night , she told me that I can drink coffee in the breakfast area even if I don’t have breakfast included and she was so kind to us ! Thank you very much ghazal!

The room and facilities were clean, and the breakfast was good. However, the Wi-Fi connection was inexplicably linked to the TV being on; it wouldn't work when the TV was off, which was a very peculiar system I've never encountered before. Furthermore, there was no mini-fridge or wardrobe. The overnight parking was extremely pricey at 22 euros, so I opted to park at a nearby public lot which offered 24-hour parking for just 6 euros.

I had an amazing stay here! very nice rooms and if I remember correctly, towels are provided. the breakfast was pretty good as well. walking distance from a tram stop, but also not too far of a walk away from the main city area. very friendly staff as well

Nice hotel, located both near the old and new town. Friendly service and good breakfast. The only thing I missed was a small fridge in my room. Anyways, I recommend this hotel for few days stay!

At check-in, the hotel charged an unexpected 6 Euro environmental fee, which was not listed on Trip.com. They only accepted card payments, and I was charged an amount (noted as '***0') for the stay. I'm also unsure what the additional 0.40 charge was for.
I stayed for two nights and was informed at check-in that there would be no cleaning service during my stay.
I had to specifically ask for more water when the cleaning staff were around. While there was a general lack of amenities, which was a bit disappointing, shampoo and body wash were thankfully provided.
Breakfast was clean and well-prepared, and I enjoyed it throughout my two-day stay.
With a tram stop nearby, the transportation was convenient.
