As a large group of Germans and foreigners, the restaurant was very accommodating and polite in providing excellent service and enough space. We enjoyed our food and drinks very much! I highly recommend stopping here.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The owner greeted us when we arrived and gave us the best room on the third floor overlooking the water. Some people commented that the stairs were an issue, but they do have an elevator. You just need to ask. We sat in the dining area and had wonderful beer. I had the most wonderful sleep and soaked in the bathtub and had a fabulous breakfast. Staff is amazing. I recommend this place and hope to come back someday.

great hidden gem in gorlitz, on a weir on the river with a lovely dining area outside, well appointed rooms and good breakfats, off road parking and cycle parking, will definately use again and have no hesitation recommending, upon arrival the waitress wrote out the entire menu into English by hand in order to be helpful, that really is going above and bbeyond great service

great location, very polite and efficient staff. large room, very clean premises, extremely comfortable bed. superb view from room. excellent breakfast Choice and superb evening meals. extra praise for young lady who showed us to our rooms and then served us in the restaurant, excellent hostess.

This is an exceptional hotel. One of best I've stayed in! The staff could not have been better. One young lady even translated the menu by hand onto paper for us!! Amazing!! The location is superb overlooking the river and weir. Thoroughly recommend the food and particularly the drink! Especially the Schnapps made on site.

very rich food for quite a low price. offers are vegetarian, vegan, carnivorous. everything seasonal and locally produced. wide variety of drinks with and without alcohol. service professional and nice. recommended! tip: take the surprise menu

Farm-to-table, Local, Sustainable — very delicious!!! Like the concept, like the cuisine, like the taste. And: the most eastern Brewery in Germany, super tasty! Recommend!!

One of the most beautiful locations for a hotel and its restaurant. The service was extremely helpful with our needs. The room looking to the Riverside was perfect in every sense of the word.

Was there twice. Completely understaffed!!!!!
In the case of a weather of 30° you wait can first order of 30 minutes to one. Then you wait another 20 minutes to get a drink. The beer is delicious.
