Sufficient for a solo traveller like me, small and cozy. Walkable from the station and bus stop.

Excellent stay at Hotel Europa. Very comfortable hotel - modern, clean and spacious room, with great bed and mattress. Perfect location - short walk to rail station and very close to the best parts of the old town. Wonderful breakfast selection.

Good location in the old town area. Room was quite large and breakfast was very good. Check-in closes at 8pm (strange). Our train was delayed so we knew we wouldn’t be there before 8pm. I called head of time and they arranged to have our room key put in a lock box at the front door. Certainly there is no staff in sight after 8pm. There is no A/C in the room and even in May it was pretty stuffy (I did notice a fan in the closet though).

A very pleasing stay.
A very pleasing stay. The hotel is very well-located, within walking distance to major attractions and other conveniences such as restaurants and shops. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast provided is good.

This hotel is very convenient to the old town and many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly. Everything in the hotel is clean and well thought out. Room was spacious, shower and bathroom were nice. Breakfast had an excellent assortment. Would easily recommend this hotel.

We stayed because they had free parking for our 1-day rental car, to be returned the next morning. THE PARKING WAS VERY CONFUSING (2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS) with different rules re: getting in and out

We wanted a hotel that would give us easy access to the parkrun just over the border. it was about a 20min walk to Park Nadnyski which was excellent. it was also well located for a short walk to Görlitz rail station with a tram stop right outside. We got a pretty big room for two people and the wifi was an excellent speed. Breakfast was OK too.

We enjoyed staying in Hotel Europa: staff was very nice and helpful, reception lady speaks English(which is rare case in Gorlitz), prices are fair, it's possible to park a car on internal parking (7,5eur/24h), they accept international credit cards.
Rooms are very clean. Baby friendly.

How to get to the fabulous idea of room with no air conditioning above a tram stop, as well as at night, strong and noisily frequented pedestrian zone offer? There is a right answer, it would, in any case, a fairy tale. FdH!
