Beautiful house with a lovely garden in a fantastic setting. Numerous hiking trails lead directly into the national park, and restaurants are just around the corner. Bad Schandau is a half-hour walk away, and the Kirnitzschtalbahn cable car stop is just fifteen minutes away. The hikes to the Schrammsteine, the Kuhstall with the Himmelsleiter, and the Idagrotte are highly recommended 🤩. Karola is a wonderful host; we'd love to return.

This was our second stay at Haus Karola in Apartment II. Once again, we were delighted with the clean, lovingly furnished and decorated apartment, as well as the beautiful garden. The view from the large balcony was simply wonderful. Karola and her husband Jens are very friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions. Fresh bread rolls are delivered to our door very early in the morning. We are already looking forward to our third stay in this lovely accommodation and beautiful surroundings. A beautiful place to stay; the garden and the view from it are simply lovely. It's a great place to relax after a hike. You can start your hikes right from the house.
