Reviews
Even the 'cheap' room price (given the location of the permanent flight and Car railway noise is relative...) is much too high! Only after 3maligem Ask for a baby cot could be provided, although this is reserved in the booking, and again by telephone was confirmed. The receptionist had to go this according to his own statement, then 3 hours of searching... It was also not possible to give us a room in the castle, closer to the wing. We have extra asked for it, our room was then changed on the spot again, and was at the end further from the castle than originally booked... The rooms and the Hotel itself are also definitely not a 4 star.
Although the Restaurant officially opened, it was not possible to eat normal times, evening, or only with the greatest reluctance, and then there was no card, but it just sets some kind of cave-bad - Essen. Not to mention the service staff. For a 70-strong wedding party of 3 ladies were officially on the road, only saw one, which is about 1h took the first drinks desire of all the guests. Ran for each drink individually in the basement. Although it was known that small children are part of it, was the request to make 200ml of boiled water, a mammoth task, measuring Cup had to be in the basement searched, the whole thing took 45min! And us guests to feel distinctly, how very much such a request is required. Drinks were delivered andauenrd wrong, Kiba was a very exotic drink. The food was over-salted, under all cannon, overcooked, cheap canteen food level. You had to part rates, but what is that supposed to be in the Tigeln...
All in all, you should, especially if you are planning a wedding or a similar event, not of the dream property fool you! 'Our' bride and groom stand ahead of the big day on the verge of a nervous breakdown, because within a few months, three times the responsibilities are completely changed and there seemed to be no Handover. So you knew in the house 4 weeks before the date suddenly nothing of the booking, even though everything was already arranged months ago, several times with different people.
Here you would give the loved one a Minus star.
Unfortunately, the Hotel for 70 guests only three waiters (very nice and engaged), ab 23uhr even only 2.
The kitchen has ignored our buffet order and something quite different, less-Valued, served. That was a shame, and pretty stupid for the guests, for health reasons, certain dishes were ordered. So, there were only mixed vegetables...
All in all, the place for solemn occasions is not suitable, however, it seems as if the perpetrators of this operation can not meet the needs of the guests, "unique events". For the Hotel, it is always a celebration of the many serious mistakes don't matter. But for the celebration, it is then a pity.
Anyone who has something to celebrate, nothing wrong, should take of the wide field distance.
The Breakfast was not appropriate for a 4 star hotel and the price. The bid you get in any simple Hotel for much less.
Meeting, Banquet and seminar event in unabgelenkter atmosphere. And yet so close to the bustling metropolis of Central Germany. Hotel with a castle to Reside in the manor Park wide field.
The "New mansion" is wings, it is a rectangular building with a short side. The "Old manor house" was canceled in 1972. The system goes back to a water castle. Building: one-storey façade: plaster facade, outline by pilasters, entrance on the courtyard side by Doric columns flanked the entrance portal to the Park side with a volute gable roof shape: mansard hipped roof
Park:
The castle is a former landscape Park, is preserved. In the Park, the orangery, is (around 1900).
Conclusion: Nice Stay in Leipzig
