Everything is good. But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.

The room is quite small. The service staff deducted too much money and did not return it after a long negotiation.

A room assigned to me is used room, no tidy up, rubbish everywhere. Terrible! Then, I have to go down again for changing another room. Moreover, my booking is a king bed room, however, a twins bed room is assigned to me because of overbooking. Very bad experience.

It was basically passable, which might be a characteristic of foreign countries. The facilities were very old, and as for the service, they only helped make the bed each day; nothing else was ever replaced.

Great location and the staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. Warning for short people, the toilets are really high and square shaped. Not able to full put your feet on the floor and there is no other option available to make sitting more comfortable.

I had a great stay at the Pentahotel in Leipzig. The room was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. In the evening, the bar had a lively atmosphere and was the perfect place to enjoy a drink. An ideal place to stay during trade fairs in Leipzig. The Congress Centre (exhibition grounds) is within walking distance, yet the hotel itself is in a quiet location. The room was clean and well-equipped. The bed looked brand new and ensured a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and the breakfast offered a good selection.

I requested the room to be cleaned several times, but it was never done.

I consider it at most 3 stars. By name it is 4 stars but Very Old furniture, torn bed covers, limited breakfast options, no coffee or tea maker in the room. No water in the room. No Minibar, There is not enough space in front of hotel to park the car. Of one car park there, second car cannot pass. Control of heating system does not work.

Hotel a little outside in the west of Leipzig. Good connections by bus or train. Rooms are a bit dated but acceptable. Breakfast is normal average. Try parking in the underground car park for 15 EUR or in one of the side streets.

We went to leizig for the champions league football. The hotel was in a great location to get to the stadium. The room was basic but met all our requirements. The hotel was very clean. Staff were efficient and professional. We had to leave early for our flight the gentleman on reception was very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend

Not value for the money The food from the restaurant was excellent. The service was super good. The bed was hard, old and worn, so woke with backpains. The pillow was very lumpy. I will not stay there again because off the bad sleeping experience.

It was noisy in the evening/night due to various meetings and parties. The room was not even cleaned during the stay and you had to get fresh towels yourself. The towel in the room had been hanging there for so long that it was yellowed and dusty. The non-smoking room used to be a smoker's room (as was my colleague's) and smelled strongly of cold smoke. The apartments are spacious and well designed although a room for four has only one double bed the others have to slept on the couch. Would not recommend for more than 3 adults. Free parking in front limited if none available either paid parking or a few streets away on public industrial parking spaces. Dogs allowed and gee if extra costs.

Leipzig is my favourite German city small and compact. An amazing railway station and the local architecture is stunning. People are friendly and approachable. That's why Raddisson Blu excels in customer care they have wonderful staff.

Not worth Unfriendly front desk, no parking

Hotel is in ok condition. Staff is nice, with the exception of one lady in restaurant, which is so rude and disrespectful on treatment of the guests. Rooms are a little old, not air condition available. In family rooms, they don’t offer queen beds for families, just offer two single beds and a very hard sofa bed. Parking is very convenient and secure. Restaurant is great, food is good.
