Everything is good. But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.

The room is quite small. The service staff deducted too much money and did not return it after a long negotiation.

A room assigned to me is used room, no tidy up, rubbish everywhere. Terrible! Then, I have to go down again for changing another room. Moreover, my booking is a king bed room, however, a twins bed room is assigned to me because of overbooking. Very bad experience.

It was basically passable, which might be a characteristic of foreign countries. The facilities were very old, and as for the service, they only helped make the bed each day; nothing else was ever replaced.

An ideal place to stay during trade fairs in Leipzig. The Congress Centre (exhibition grounds) is within walking distance, yet the hotel itself is in a quiet location. I had a great stay at the Pentahotel in Leipzig. The room was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I requested the room to be cleaned several times, but it was never done.

I consider it at most 3 stars. By name it is 4 stars but Very Old furniture, torn bed covers, limited breakfast options, no coffee or tea maker in the room. No water in the room. No Minibar, There is not enough space in front of hotel to park the car. Of one car park there, second car cannot pass. Control of heating system does not work.

Hotel a little outside in the west of Leipzig. Good connections by bus or train. Rooms are a bit dated but acceptable. Breakfast is normal average. Try parking in the underground car park for 15 EUR or in one of the side streets.

Hotel is in ok condition. Staff is nice, with the exception of one lady in restaurant, which is so rude and disrespectful on treatment of the guests. Excellent location in centre of the old town so easy to go back for a break between activities. It is on the upper floors of the building but has a lift. Rooms are small but there is a marvellous big reception area with free coffee where you lounge around on sofas with friends or play the piano.

Very brand new hotel located closed to department store such as Globus, dm, TKMaxx and close fast food restaurant. All stay during this visit such a good memory.

There is both underground and on site parking but there are lots of spots on the street towards it. Check in was without problem, booked through Agoda. Even though it's next to the highway it's surprisingly silent. It's quite far from the city center unless you are on a budget or here for the market halls I wouldn't recommend it.
