But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.
The service staff deducted too much money and did not return it after a long negotiation.
I was upgraded to a junior suite on the 24th floor, and I have to say, I really liked the room! It was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. A thoughtful welcome gift was also waiting for me in the room, which was a nice touch.

my booking is a king bed room, however, a twins bed room is assigned to me because of overbooking.
