I stayed at a hotel in Leipzig and was really impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful

Everything is good. But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.

The location is excellent, just steps from the train station and close to the zoo. It's situated in the heart of Leipzig, with high ceilings and a good floor, offering panoramic views of Leipzig.

I was upgraded to a junior suite on the 24th floor, and I have to say, I really liked the room! It was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay

First of all let me emphasize the perfect job of people like Front office manager Marko Maric & Team or Bartender Finn, they are really more than great! Congratulations to people like that! I have been a loyal regular guest at NH Hotels for many years and held Platinum status for a long time, with approximately 40–70 business-related overnight stays per year across Germany

The expectations of frequent business travelers are taken seriously and handled professionally, and especially Front Office Manager Marco Maric and his team, as well as bartender Finn, are outstanding examples of extremely courteous and professional service – true assets to the hotel

It is therefore all the more regrettable that a new policy, apparently in effect since September 1st across all NH Hotels, significantly diminishes the overall guest experience in my view: room cleaning is now only provided upon explicit request at the reception desk

If you forget to do so – as happened to me – the room simply remains uncleaned: • Towels stay wet • Beds remain unmade • Trash bins remain full • The room stays untidy In my opinion, this is not acceptable for a business hotel of this category

Frequent travelers returning after a long day of meetings should be able to expect a freshly cleaned room – especially when they have been accustomed to NH’s high standards for years

Small Spa with whirlpool bath, sauna, cycling machine and stepper was great to relax in. Excellent location opposite the train station and close to shops

Excellent location downtown with good public transport connections. Car parking next door is prohibitively expensive, use the one a block further away for 1/4 the price (for 24 hours). Friendly staff, excellent breakfast

This hotel looked good on the listing and we weren't disappointed - absolutely beautiful design, our junior suite on the 5th floor was stunning

This is the first place I've been where they claim they have AC and actually have it. And it's the kind of AC you'd expect at American hotels. Great location, across from the train station

Unfortunately I was a bit sad for they didn't have a ready package of services in the spa (massage, face/body scrubs, etc) for their clients and I had to look for It in town. Apart from this everything was perfect

And the hotel itself is also really nice. And the pool (though could have been a bit warmer), the sauna. Yeah as you can tell, everything was so good. Overall probably my best hotel stay so far

I had a great stay at the Pentahotel in Leipzig. The room was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from

Recommend! Was in Leipzig for a working and vacation. Big Bright zimmer with a lovely view. Desk, fridge, super comfortable bed and pillows, big tv, amazing shower. Everything that you want and need

And the final proof is they are placing a postcard on the bed, with party themed photo on it. :D Room setup was good, the curtains are massive aligned with the glass window/wall facing outside

Upon looking for a bag to carry some stuff, I found their laundry bag very useful and hilarious at the same time. I posted a photo of that laundry bag just to share a bit of comedy this place offers

I used this hotel for a business workshop and was extremely impressed. The conference rooms were spacious and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, making everything run smoothly

Very clean and nice and quiet room. Nice to have a free minibar. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Also nice rooftop bar by the way!

The guy at the desk quickly corrected the error in the room I was given.

Clean and modern. The uncarpeted floor meant you can hear all the luggages and housekeeping equipment being pulled and push outside your room, it’s noisy.

Close to the highway and even far from my work, the journey is not so long. The service is very friendly and customer-oriented. The food in the restaurant may not be too many options, but very tasty

Unfortunately we didn’t know that we have to take executive rooms in order to have the access to executive boardroom. Could be better if it specifies at the booking page. But overall it was a pleasant stay

Only defizite, the heating system could not heat more the 21’C and we felt could because outside was could too. Beside this, my family like the hotel, thanks to the Marrioff Leipzig team

Regarding food - there are Vietnamese restaurants nearby (English is spoken). The pho is good, and there are many Germans there in the evening, so it's recommended to eat early

When i arrived the room i was given was not as i had booked but the receptionist soon got that sorted. It could not be in a better place right by the main station and the focal point for the cities tram system

I m quite surprised, I have to be honest. The hotel is as convenient for early flights as it is for exploring the city. Just opposite the transit station, 5 min walking away from the historic center

The room was excellent and the buffet breakfast was fine. I also liked that if you didn't want your room tidying every day it wasn't. All the staff i met were very helpful and friendly

Public parking 2-3 minutes away from the hotel for 7€ per day. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. We were in a studio which was pretty enough for 3 people

At least in room you could turn on heating knowing that you have guests later and outside is very cold. Edit: I never mentioned that hotel has 4 stars. When I wrote "four stars are for. " I meant note which I gave here

It's okay to talk with your colleague from work at work, but try not to make other people wait for you. Four stars are for unfriendly situation at the bar and for really low temperature in room and all hotel

By name it is 4 stars but Very Old furniture, torn bed covers, limited breakfast options, no coffee or tea maker in the room. No Minibar, There is not enough space in front of hotel to park the car

Of one car park there, second car cannot pass. Control of heating system does not work

I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk

Only minor complaint was I stayed 4 nights and left the note on the door to clean the room twice but it was never cleaned. As it was an apartment, the bins were full to overflowing

I visited Leipzig for a day and booked this hotel at the last minute, and it turned out to be an excellent choice

Best hotel in Leipzig apparently. The experience is top notch. Rooms have very comfortable beds, Nespresso machines and speakers in the bathroom. Guests can use the sauna for free.

Though I was surprised that the room was only half done by the time I checked in and open the door for the first time. He finished tidying up and send me a welcome plate of assorted sweets in half an hour as an apology

Because I arrived on Sunday, there were few people in the city center and almost all businesses were closed. On Monday, the market near the hotel opened, which was really lively. It is very convenient to go everywhere

This delayed my plan a bit but I'm glad it's fixed. The room is spacious, warm, and up to its usual standard. Breakfast is tasty with enough to choose from. Will surely consider it again if I come Leipzig next time

In the city center, close to tourist attractions, the hotel is very clean, the toiletries are all Acqua di Parma, there are large shopping malls nearby, and eating is convenient. I will come again next time!

If you prefer large pillows, it’s worth asking for a second one. Breakfast was varied, and you can order fried eggs. On December 26, everyone was given a chocolate *Weihnachtsmann*, which was very nice

The hotel is very close to the center of the city and thus a great starting point for any activity. It is not the most modern one but it is very well cared for. Clean, cozy, and comfortable - we felt immediately at home.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. The rooms are spacious and clean, and there is a kettle. I haven’t slept this comfortably in a long time — a very comfortable mattress, a warm, fluffy duvet, and a small soft pillow

This is a review of the property as an art gallery. Focusing on Leipzig School works, and spread over the hallways of the five floors of the hotel, the Leipziger Hof gallery is quite enjoyable

The neighborhood has easy bus and tram access to get anywhere in the city / region. There are numerous food options in this part of the city, additional options are a short tram ride away

American travelers should know this is an older building and your room probably won't have A/C, but will have a fan. Shower water can be as hot or cold as you'd like
