Everything is good. But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.

I would also like to praise the friendly and courteous staff who made my stay particularly pleasant. In every area of ​​the hotel, from reception to room service, I was always looked after politely and professionally

I was upgraded to a junior suite on the 24th floor, and I have to say, I really liked the room! It was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay

From the moment I arrived, the check-in staff were super welcoming, and my loyalty status was recognized immediately

I came to The Westin Leipzig without high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience

Big hotel just outside Leipzig Hbf. Plenty of English spoken. Good choices for breakfast, but very busy. No overhead light in room.

We are lucky to be moved to Hyperion instead, also under the H hotel group. Hyperion hotel is awesome by the way. And for the price is totally worth it. It has every aspect of a 5 star but the rate is so reasonable

First of all let me emphasize the perfect job of people like Front office manager Marko Maric & Team or Bartender Finn, they are really more than great! Congratulations to people like that! I have been a loyal regular guest at NH Hotels for many years and held Platinum status for a long time, with approximately 40–70 business-related overnight stays per year across Germany

The expectations of frequent business travelers are taken seriously and handled professionally, and especially Front Office Manager Marco Maric and his team, as well as bartender Finn, are outstanding examples of extremely courteous and professional service – true assets to the hotel

It is therefore all the more regrettable that a new policy, apparently in effect since September 1st across all NH Hotels, significantly diminishes the overall guest experience in my view: room cleaning is now only provided upon explicit request at the reception desk

Directly in the proximity of the BAB14 located in the shopping center Paunsdorf in the vicinity, within walking distance. Room standard good furniture had already the best years behind itself

I basically walked to all the attractions. I like the Bach Museum the most. It is really enjoyable to listen to Bach's works with headphones!

Stayed here for one night on our journey from Hungary to the Netherlands. Spacious room, relaxed bar and decent breakfastcfor an excellent price even including parking in their private parking. Price - Value is excellent

It's okay to talk with your colleague from work at work, but try not to make other people wait for you. Four stars are for unfriendly situation at the bar and for really low temperature in room and all hotel

Super nice staff, clean room, problems solved immediately

Clean and modern. The uncarpeted floor meant you can hear all the luggages and housekeeping equipment being pulled and push outside your room, it’s noisy.

The hotel is very close to the center of the city and thus a great starting point for any activity. It is not the most modern one but it is very well cared for. Clean, cozy, and comfortable - we felt immediately at home.

A big plus is the availability of parking. A downside is the parking fee of 20 euros

The room had a kettle, plenty of towels, and various little things like tea and coffee. I also particularly liked the box of cotton pads and ear buds—it's nice to have such practical things in the room

The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the smell in the room, which was reminiscent of something old. But after a bit of airing, the room was much more pleasant

Rooms are small but there is a marvellous big reception area with free coffee where you lounge around on sofas with friends or play the piano

Very brand new hotel located closed to department store such as Globus, dm, TKMaxx and close fast food restaurant. All stay during this visit such a good memory.

The room faced the back and, despite the football pitch, was very quiet. Noise from the hallway was perfectly acceptable; unfortunately, every footstep from the room above us could be heard

The room, including the vestibule with wardrobe and adjoining bathroom, was surprisingly spacious. Everything you need is there (fridge, kettle, tea/coffee selection, free bottle of water)

The bathroom, with its huge mirror and double sink, was also clean, although limescale had left some marks in the hard-to-reach corners of the shower

Clean, fair price, nice people on reception

We found everything at the hotel to be top notch. The rooms were the right size with comfortable beds. Nice shower and double sink in the bathroom a plus. The breakfast buffet provided a fine variety of good quality food

Breakfast is excellent with a fine range of options to suit all tastes. The bar is small but perfectly adequate. The staff both friendly and helpful. There’s also a great little pizza place just across the road

Appreciated the vegetarian/vegan options though did not need them. Located a short walk from the train station, center city and the zoo, the hotel provides a perfect place from which to visit Leipzig
