I attempted to modify a reservation through a third-party booking platform. Hotel staff gave incorrect information about their authority to handle the changes, then still charged a no-show fee and cancelled the reservation without consent.

When contacted, both the hotel and the platform shifted responsibility. At the front desk, staff emotionally blamed and raised their voice to the guest for “misunderstanding” or for booking through a third party, highlighting poor training and lack of accountability.

While the staff were generally polite, the hotel needs better training, accurate information handling, and guest service. I eventually received the fee back, but the situation caused unnecessary stress and was certainly not a good experience. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident.

Travelers should be cautious, as the hotel may try to shift blame onto customers even when a request was approved by their own staff or submitted via email before the deadline. They seem determined to make it the customer’s fault for “not doing enough.”

It also raises the question of why they use third-party platforms to attract guests if they cannot properly handle such situations.

The room itself was spacious and pleasant.
However, the hairdryer was quite inconvenient. It only worked for about two minutes before shutting off, and then required several minutes to cool down before it could be used again.

Location is excellent for train and bus travel. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was great. Despite all that, the service is still the best thing about the place. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

I had a nice and warm welcome and a very clean room.The bed was comfortable,but unfortunately it was pretty loud and I had to close the window at night.The hotel is providing earplugs,which is really nice.

If your priority is convenience and location, this hotel delivers—but temper expectations on room quality, space, and bedding comfort. Not ideal for those sensitive to noise, cramped quarters, or minor hygiene concerns.

I was charged 50 euros for spilling my medicine(ofc not in purpose in in the bathroom, because they have to clean "clean" more than usual, thats the expication you get. I have problem with my health, i have medicine(in a bottle, green liquid) which i have to use, i can prove it with prescription from doctor and etc. I spilled it accidently at the morning when i was leaving, and i managed to clean the most of it by myself, the rest i coulndt because i was in a rush for my train. Then they called me said to me that i will be charged 50euros because they have to clean "more".(it was before my flight). Few hours later i called them i got the most arrogant attitude thats possible, they guy closed me the phone. its not about the 50 euros, its about the attitude, u cant treat people like that and also scam.

If your train arrives late or leaves early, this can be the best hotel, as you can reach the hotel within three minutes from the station exit. The room was simple but spacious, clean and comfortable. My room was facing the street and the station, but I did not have any issues of noises. Maybe because my windows were all closed in winter or I grew up in metropolitan city?. When the price is right, you will find this hotel with great value.
