Old bed deposited in staircase (partially blocking fire extinguisher), new towels needed, a small bar of soap rather than a small bottle would have been nice. Breakfast was ok.

+ easy to find, located directly at a Tram station
+ nice and polite staff
Cons:
- Located directly at a high traffic road and the Tram station. You will wake up in the morning.
- carpet floors in the rooms. Vacuumed but not cleaned.
- No queensize/kingsize beds although booked.There are only 90cm beds where you can push two of them together.
- WiFi on the second floor was awful
