Great service at this hotel. The food was delicious. The room has the basic things you need. They have a beautiful terrace which we enjoyed sitting during dinner. This hotel was perfect, it is onder renovation at this moment I bet it will look even better after that. This is an asian hotel btw …great variety of food for vegans 🌱

Nice rooms, smaller but OK. Corridor is horrible though, need renovation. Personal is super nice and friendly. 12tv stations in german

Just sit at the Bar and want to have a Drink Jacky-Cola. Cold Cola. Staff is not motivated. Parking is a disaster. With the Alfa 159 tbi, I can hardly drive in. Plus points is the price. Rooms are clean and tidy. The deduction of a star because of the staff. The us poured Cola is dead. Without Carbonic Acid. No, Thank You. Got to critique an improvement. Service is very uncertain. The Breakfast surprised me very much. Very good and plentiful.

I was a guest at a family celebration. Very friendly staff, food and Drink, there is also a small, friendly, cosy rooms, Sky TV, so I liked it.

Excellent breakfast. Cozy rooms and neat but welcoming decor. Clean and tidy. Pleasant, professional staff. My company booked this stay but if i return to Leipzig i would definitely choose to stay here again.

Needs some TLC.
Old bed deposited in staircase (partially blocking fire extinguisher), new towels needed, a small bar of soap rather than a small bottle would have been nice. Breakfast was ok.

The day we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told us that people who where staying in the hotel wanted to stay longer so they had to cancel our room that I had booked, and paid in advanced through Booking.com. The Hotel didn't send any email, message or phone us to inform that they had cancelled our room, they waited for us to get there to tell us that we didn't have a room. I find unacceptable that they cancelled my room just because some one else wanted to stay longer, they didn't even contact us before so we could make arrangements and not to waste more time going to the hotel, also no compensation whatsoever was offered by the hotel. If I had cancelled my reservation, I would have lost my money, but this hotel thinks that it is fine to cancel the reservation when it's convenient for them without any compensation. Leipzig is a big city with many other hotels, don't waste your time and money with this hotel, as they don't care about their guests.

+ Great Breakfast
+ easy to find, located directly at a Tram station
+ nice and polite staff

Cons:
- Located directly at a high traffic road and the Tram station. You will wake up in the morning.
- carpet floors in the rooms. Vacuumed but not cleaned.
- No queensize/kingsize beds although booked.There are only 90cm beds where you can push two of them together.
- WiFi on the second floor was awful
