This was my worst experience ever with a hotel. Ever!! Terrible!! My family of 5 arrived at 10:20 pm. The entire hotel was closed and locked. I sent a text via booking.com…..no answer. I sent another text via ***********…. No answer. We each called their phone number…….no answer. It was late. We were tired. We had no way to reach the completely locked hotel. The sign on their door says their lobby closed at 11 pm. We called, texted, everything— no answer. After about an hour we finally got in. Found our rooms there was No internet in our rooms. Zero. We needed the internet o plan our next day— nothing. At 7 am the next day I went to the receptionist and told her what happened. She apologized and said breakfast would be free. We sat down for breakfast, and the same receptionist said breakfast would not be free. Incredible! This is a terrible place. Do not stay here!

Great breakfast but noisy
We loved our trip to Wittenburg which was a beautiful little town on the Elbe. This hotel was conveniently located, and the breakfast was great. I would probably stay somewhere else next time, only because the rooms were small and it was noisy next to the train tracks and main road and people would stand outside talking and smoking so it was hard to sleep with the window open.

The staff was helpful but the hotel never left the 80's. Of real concern was a fire alarm on our first night there, total confusion and the fire department never did arrive.
It's a good hotel for a night or two but it appears to be mostly for transient workers now.

Very good hotel with easy access to Luther’s Museums.

It was good enough, you get what you pay for. It was very nice that breakfast was included (cereal, sliced meats, mozzarella/tomato, bread with jams, fruits, coffee, tea). Breakfast ends at 10 am. ***No air conditioning (which is fine if you’re able to sleep without it). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thanks to other reviewers we made sure to request a room far from the train station/tracks, as there will be cargo trains throughout the night. Walls are also quite thin, so if you have a loud neighbour you’re out of luck. We loved that there was a copy of the New Testament in the room :)

Location is really near to the City Center so After your dinner you can go in to the City. Service was pretty Good! Didn't saw a room yet
