Excellent service and a really good breakfast. Rooms are simple but need a renovation. Old fashioned fittings, especially in the bathroom, and carpet in the bedroom. Bed very good.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring Naumburg. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is varied and rich. There is a slight deduction for the room furnishings, which only offer a chair or a bed for an evening stay. Be sure to listen to the directions at reception. Some rooms are extremely poorly signposted. But the view makes up for it.

A romantic hotel right in the old town. Check-in possible at any time.
The reception is always staffed.
We had a double room (beds are together). A nice room that offers everything. No room safe or minibar. But 2 bottles of water.
Unfortunately, Lindenallee is a main street with cobblestones.
We couldn't sleep with the window open at night.
The service was very friendly and also fulfilled any special requests. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious.

The room was very nice and spacious; sparkling clean and nice decor. I had trouble finding my room but the desk clerk was very helpful. The room key was required to call the elevator. Somewhat complicated when a regular metal key is used and little instructions at the lift. The breakfasts were excellent and plentiful—possibly the best feature of this hotel. My biggest gripe was the Internet service which was TERRIBLE! Intermittent service and impossible to watch anything longer than a few minutes without interruption. Only a 10 minute walk to the town square where there are several good restaurants

A very good hotel in a very good location for a short visit to Naumburg.
Breakfast is great. Unfortunately, you can no longer use the lobby card offers after 9 p.m. and there is nothing left to drink. But that's the only downer. Recommended!

We received a very friendly welcome at this hotel. The rooms are modern and above all very clean.
Of course you have road traffic if you want to be centrally located. But you can't hear anything when the windows are closed. From the hotel you can quickly reach the city and the cathedral.
The breakfast was very tasty. Yes, you can see here, as everywhere else at the moment, that there are staff shortages. But that was made up for by the friendliness of the staff.
We cannot understand the sometimes very unfair reviews.
We'll definitely be back.

Superb interior. We had a pleasant stay here. Room was super cosy and well ventilated. Hotel was very clean. Loved the place.

No 4 stars, absolute catastrophe!!!!
Friendliness is a foreign word. Value for money does not fit. Rooms are outdated and below average in the 90s style and smelled extremely musty, the bathroom was an absolute disaster (four different tiles and cheaply equipped. Sanitary facilities were dirty and the toilet was very disgusting. Room 106 should not be offered to any guest. Kitchen extractor goes in the middle at night. Even with the window closed you can't get back to sleep. Added to this was the noise from the elevator that adjoins the room. Breakfast was rather average. But sufficient for a 2-3 star hotel. I really am a lot of hotels On the way but the hotel didn't work at all.Hotel corresponds to my opinion, with eyes to 'at most' a 3 star.
