Very bad experience - we’ve booked a large modern apartment with kitchen, but we’ve got a very old one without a kitchen on the 2nd floor, smelling awful because of „Italian“ restaurant on the ground floor. The breakfast was awful, very bad experience for the high price, very disappointing…

I booked one night only in this down-to-earth guesthouse. It‘s located the center of a tiny suburb of Dresden. Several restaurants are located within walking distance. Both the room and its bathroom were spacious and clean. One level down there was a little kitchenette to share, which I did not use. I could have a good rest!

Great place! Rooms are clean, friendly staff, pet friendly, staff speaks English. The room on the photos is a family room for 4. Room number 37. Excellent!

I was in the Hotel for 2 days. Much to short! It is almost a luxury apartment. The Breakfast is also good there are a lot of fruits, cakes... For the small Bobby-cars and game lodges. I highly recommend this Hotel!

The service is always super correct. We love that rent the sauna also for people who are not staying in your hotel. Great.

We have already made multiple bad experience with the Service in the field of sauna booking!
The Sauna is highly recommended (hence 2 stars). A separate private sauna area with a relaxation room can be where the rest of it is good.
The appointment for this area and the related Service, however, is under all Sow! In 3 of 5 cases, the reservation went as follows in the pants:
1. Sauna was not heating up to the agreed date, pre => To unfriendly treatment by the Service-lady is a 1-hour waiting time, which was, after all, bridged with a free drink of your choice.
2. Sauna was occupied...the date was not blocked or assigned twice! Next to excuses and promises were not kept, we received a new appointment.
3. A day later, we received a cancellation of the appointment, because he was accidentally assigned. That's what I call lousy Service. We have received on our (really factual and friendly) response, never a response.
Conclusion (in school grades):
Sauna: 2
Service: 6
I can't recommend trying to Dittrichs Erben to book the Sauna. Unless one is lucky owner of infinite patience ;)

We stayed for one night with two adults and two children (2 years and 2 months) in the family room with two separate rooms. There was a cot and the rooms
were very clean and large. The Service was very friendly, Breakfast there was, eg, an unsolicited plastic tableware for the big. Overall, highly recommended, especially at just 72€ per night.

We were at the wine tasting here. It was really fun. The food was great and the wines very appealing. The explanations of each course were interesting. The ambience was great, the service was nice and friendly.
