Hotel Sonne Erzgebirge in Seiffen

This hotel is charming. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Tristan and family are both friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to take good care of their guests. The location is an easy, short walk to shops and resturants. Having stayed at Hotel Sonne three times, I look forward to my next stay!

We felt very welcome. The room was very well equipped. Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. There was a parking space for every guest. The location is great, as the house is situated on a hill and therefore not on the main road through the village. There was a small minibar on the first floor for all guests. We'll be back!

For many years now, we've been traveling to Seiffen during Advent to enjoy the Christmas market, the cozy, light-filled atmosphere, and the contemplative concerts and services in the beautiful Seiffen mountain church. We usually try to fit everything into a day trip. This time, we were thrilled to snag a room at the "Hotel Sonne" and stay for three days. It was simply heavenly! You're right in the heart of things, yet you can still retreat to the quiet hotel if it gets too hectic. The hosts are incredibly friendly and try their best to accommodate everyone. You immediately feel welcome. The room was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony overlooking the rest of the illuminated village was simply breathtaking. If that doesn't put you in the Christmas spirit...! Breakfast left nothing to be desired. It was a magical weekend, perfectly complemented by attending the church service in Seiffen. A small, cozy hotel in the best location of Seiffen. Our room was very clean, quiet and well equipped. The mattresses on the beds are fantastic, we slept very well.
The breakfast was varied and freshly prepared, and the dinner on request was very tasty. Highly recommend the Rechenberger Pils on tap.
The owners are very nice, open-minded people and very accommodating.
We had a very nice vacation and would be happy to come back.
