We went to this hotel to relax for the weekend. Beautiful view, delicious food and a nice room. The staff was friendly, but I have to give 4 stars because they don't seem to take complaints seriously.

The walk is not too long to the beautiful village.

The outdoor saunas are very nice and easy to rent, there is a perfect evening view from the sauna window! This I definitely recommend to try out.

Unfortunately we chose a bad weekend for the stay and the stay was not relaxing, the loud techno music was playing through the weekend and over nights from the close fire station, so be sure to check the website for some loud events in the area!

Overall this hotel is forth to visit, especially for the fresh air and the landscape. 🙂

unfortunately, there is no indoor pool,other leisure facilities in the hotel Spa.,Billiards,Darts and table football in one room, and very outdated,bowling alley also age model.staff was nice but inflexible sun terrace at the restaurant was not open in spite of the beautiful weather .we were at the eincheken since we had to say when and what we eat wanted to in the framework of the hp in the evening.at Breakfast on the closest day, just for the evening.at full load, the food was only lukewarm.the ashtray on the vorterassen were not emptied you had to do it myself.the only very good massage,this woman has her craft in the handle.for people the walking holiday it may be like good.

The Hotel itself is very nice. Especially the friendliness of the staff was always super. Up to this point, we always found it very nice and it was immehr have been great!

Leave the rest dieht this had not been since yesterday afternoon. A Berlin sports group with young kids (age:around 9,-13) about 25 people, it was very loud. To take the race by the Hotel, without regard to the vacationers.
Pop with the hotel doors and into the night.

Several hotel guests have complained to the reception lady. Also we complained. as a response we have received since we cannot do anything, even the police. This kannab 22 PM.
What is a statement?! Complaints brings nothing! Before booking, ask if Kids are arriving to the Trouble to save!

The Hotel the house has the right and can kick the crab out, I need the Hotel as a non-lawyer tell!

This is a Hotel and not a hostel! The Hotel should decide whether the Kids or the tourists are easier?!

Next action: we have 8 vouchers for welcome drinks. I had asked for a non-German you are a Trainee , if I could get coffee for the vouchers or tea. As a result, he refused to accept the drink coupons. Tea or coffee is a lot of broth Cheaper than the one offered to him Mixed.

To the night I had no drinks at the Cheeky Apprentice from the CZ! He has also noticed!

This time it didn't like me at all and drive, thank God the next day to go home! This is not worth the trip! Very sad love Hotel!!!

I would be happy to come back to Panorama mountain hotel.

The rooms are furnished with beautiful wood furniture.
The Spa area invites you to relax.
In the surroundings there are many ways to do something.
The staff was friendly.
The Breakfast buffet was for a 4 star not appropriate. Here I missed fresh fruit and vegetables. There is a little lag, but much to little and too monotonous. There was only baked rolls.
The dinner was tasty, but too expensive.
But there are plenty of alternatives in place.
The Hotel has an interesting concept in Cleaning, with the red and green cards. I didn't understand completely, but, ok.
In the hotel room, the Wi-Fi reception was poor to non-existent.

All in all, a beautifully located Hotel, the four stars have not convinced me however.

Good day to you.
We had booked via a voucher (Jochen Schweizer ) a Night .Has also worked well .The food (Breakfast and Three-course evening meal ) we had to book ,it would have been according to the book (Jochen Schweizer) 55 euros .
For 20 euros per Person we would have imagined something else ,too simple for the money . I had asked for a different Appetizer to the waiter, he has also ,unfortunately, a different operation then came and brought the Appetizer (unfortunately, the tomato ) is very bad . Actually, we had intended to included a 3 courses menu at least for both a drink in the price .
But your Hotel is very nice and well located . We would also like to come again .

The vacation in the Hotel was very very nice. The environment is Excel. Large offer for leisure activities. The Hotel and the staff I can praise in the highest tones. The supply and the room, everything Perfectly. I can recommend the holiday there and would like to thank you again for the beautiful holiday. 5 out of 5 stars.

We were with the Hotel very satisfied. The staff was friendly and attentive. The price-performance ratio was not true.
Breakfast is very plentiful and something for everyone, dinner in a three-course menu is also very tasty and on request can be changed.
Wi-Fi could be better, but who wants to work in the holidays.
Our requests when booking were observed and open-ended questions, even via a callback to be clarified.
The Hotel is quietly located above the town of Seiffen with a beautiful view. Nevertheless, you can reach the many attractions in the town of Seiffen within walking distance.
Only the approach was currently due to some road works and diversions a bit more difficult - for the way back, we also get practical tips from the front Desk.

It was incredible. I Was realy satisfied. Staff was absolutely helpfulness and service was profesional. I love swimming pool outside which was heated. Great choice for vacation. We will arrive again.
