Bauernhof Koehlbrandt in Fehmarn

We had a wonderful week on the Köhlbrandt farm in January with typical north German weather! Our daughter had a lot of fun with the many animals, the daily feeding rounds with the cats, rabbits, chickens and goats, as well as pony rides. After that, they romped around in the play barn and then warmed up in the pool house. A great recreational value on a great island! Every wish was fulfilled by Mrs. Koehlbrandt (bread roll service, etc.). We will definitely be back!

Great vacation on the farm! All in all we were very satisfied! Despite the cold in December, we had it comfortable in the apartment. The play barn with everything a child's heart desires (various vehicles, trampolines, bouncy castle...) was great. In addition, the always accessible barn with ponies, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and chickens was great for the kids, as was the pony rides and the swimming pool. The Köhlbrandt family was always friendly, helpful and easily approachable with questions or requests, thank you very much!

We had such a nice holiday (in November!). Mainly because it was so beautiful on the farm and everyone was so friendly.
Feeding the animals, pony rides, trampolines, play barn, playground, swimming pool - so great for the kids.
The apartment was clean, had everything and children's equipment. And there were super delicious rolls at the bread service.

Hello, that was a very nice holiday. My granddaughter Lea was absolutely thrilled. animals to touch. Pony riding every morning is also an absolute highlight for every child. It's not far to the beach either. And the environment fits. There are many beautiful destinations to explore and visit. The Koehlerbrand family are very nice people who make your stay very pleasant. The houses are very beautiful and well maintained. I can only recommend this farm to families with children. And I'm sure it won't be our last visit. Very nice facility and a well thought-out concept. One has in any case the impression that the vacationer is in the foreground and not the profit. Price-performance ratio is fine, the swimming pool in the yard is a hit. We felt very comfortable here with our children. There is a star deduction for the attitude of the animals. (Stables could be mucked out more often) together with the children and the parents. In our opinion, the riding instructor doesn't work at all, she can neither speak rationally to holiday children nor to parents. Statements "how shut up" to 6-year-old children who are playing don't work at all. A conversation with her was unfortunately impossible.
