Rude and unwelcoming experience. We booked and paid for the hotel with breakfast included, but the receptionist told us the price was “too cheap” to cover breakfast and refused to provide it. This is completely unreasonable and misleading. On top of that, the attitude towards Asian guests was noticeably rude. Would not recommend.

Great hotel and restaurant, the people that work here are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and large.

Excellent location, right at the river bank. Very grateful to have a river view room with comfortable bed and good shower. The only set back is WIFI. Very weak on the 2nd floor, most of the time was off.

Super friendly staff. They prepared food-bowls and extra beds for our dogs. Even had dog-treats in the minibar. Thank you, we had a fantastic stay.

Brilliant place, very VERY kind personnel willing to help out whenever. The pool and spa was nice,, but remember to bring slippers. WiFi was a little spotty and didn't work all over the premises but the breakfast and dinner was extremely delicious and very cheap. Brilliant stay!
