How the heck do you have the 4*,is a fraud!
Here, the evaluation of all the participants in the group. The location of the hotel is great, the access to the Kiel city centre by Bus secured.BUT the cleanliness under all Sow in the rooms!!!The spiders and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling to the face, the cleaning staff understand no English, so not a Chance to convey to you what.Extremely dirty and moldy, the Türsteg in the shower. Only the Breakfast and friendly ,but quite helpless ladies at the reception have compensated for the stay. And quite strangely, the prompt was to settle the hotel bill in advance. We have not done since we had not even seen the room, only a handed a key!?!Also the Bar was operating very rude and on the phone only with Serbian/Croatian family in the talk.

everything is pretty run-down and gloomy, a disappointment that convey images on the Internet for a something completely different than what you find then. On the fourth floor, I tapste through a dark corridor and wondered how I should read the room numbers or the key hole can not find a light switch there were, as at the end of the hallway, I was just a bit perplexed really in the floor of the dark, but then the hallway light came on. The first room smelled like stale smoke and it had the most depressing view on a construction site with demolition house. The second smelled OK. The TV is only possible with absolutely poor image and sound quality. However, even if he would go, I could just look in, because he is placed so high and not for Tilting and the image viewed from the bed, in Black-and-drown. Then, only the first rib, in the bathroom and in the room, the heating, in spite of the announced ground frost. Nothing is worse than a centrally located hotel without parking. When I complained about the parking, I was told that no hotel could gurantee parking for their guests - who has ever heard of that?

Besides the fact that the evening receptionist on 8/17 got snippy and nasty with me, the beds were way too soft (it was like balancing on egg crates), the windows filthy, and drunks would make noise during the night under the windows. If you like church bells, you should stay here from a Sat to Sunday - if you like to sleep in, don't stay here.

VERY loud cleaning personnel in the morning and NO ONE of those was wearing masks in July 2020. Crazy. Other than that, great price, very central.
