Best Western Hotel Prisma in Neumunster

Not worth the money at all ! Service level was non existent and staff was cold ! Why can’t hotels mention Non Air Conditioned in there description! We had a horrible night as the room was too warm and they gave duvets ! Absence of basic common sense

It was our stopover on our trip to the European Football Championship. When we asked about a reservation, the staff spoke every language in the world except English. The room was "okay", but in warm weather there was no fan in the room. When we asked about this technical modernization, the staff was speechless and thoughtful. As an alternative to cooling off, we used a cold shower. The shower cubicle was greasy and completely moldy. The windows in the apartment had probably not been cleaned for several months. To our amusement, we discovered a couple of really worn socks under the bed. And that was a bit too much for our sporting experience on the trip ahead. And all of that fun for just a lousy €143.00 per night! We will definitely not recommend this hotel to our colleagues from Denmark.

Worst customer service!! My uncle got extremely sick the day before we had to travel. I kindly asked them to change the dates to a later date. Then they started to convince me it was not possible because booking. com are making the rules, which is a lie. The hotel make their own rules and they were not even willing to help us or come up with any solutions. Then I got another message from someone trying to convince me I have booked the stay at a very low rate with no refund policy, which also was a lie. I could cancel up to 3 days before arrival. Of course it’s bad timing with illness at last minute, but this hotel have absolutely no empathy for their customers or are in any way trying to help with solutions. I would happily have paid a small fee to change the dates, but this hotel is only thinking about the money. Will never recommend or book with them!

I have stayed for one night and the hotel is just ok in terms of location and the rooms. The hotel makes a decent first look from the reception and in the restaurant, but the rooms itself are hideous and it seems they freezed in the early 2000. You could hear all the neighbors the rooms next to you and even above. TV programs were just german with makes it harder to enjoy the stay for someone who likes to enjoy english and american tv. Breakfast was very good and satisfying so was the staff very kind and forthcoming. Around the area there not many options to go to have dinner...maybe McD or the hotel with overpriced dishes.

In all I will definitely not go in the hotel again...You have to know for yourself.
