We were also charged erroneously for sauna use. There was no internet, only three partially functioning hotspots.
Manager persistently "too busy to speak to us".
Luxury hotel ? Complete joke. Pretty place, but overpriced and incompetent managing staff. Many better places to stay nearby. Stay away, far away.
