Fabulous hotel, we were very pleased with this choice. Location, accommodations and especially staff were wonderful. We had a double room with a balcony. Nice size room with all the necessities. Steps from the beach and town! The communication prior to arrival was excellent. We highly recommend Palatia Hotel.

Great location right in a little beach. Plenty of cafes and restaurants a stones throw away. Short walk up over a hill to the main town.

The room was basic, with a fridge and coffee making facilities. Housekeeping was impressive - our room was spotless, with fresh towels and spotless room daily.

I absolutely loved this property! It was clean, modern, walking distance to the port and to all the great restaurants and shopping. The management was absolutely superb, helpful and kind. I arrived late night and the awesome manager was there to welcome me on-site. He even gave me a large bottle of water since it was so hot and i was sweating. Fantastic place to stay, right by the beach, and I would absolutely return on my next visit!

Beautiful hotel. Staff are very friendly. The room was perfect for our stay. Sitting in the balcony hearing the waves was so relaxing. Close to good restaurants & a supermarket. Loved it here

Such a great hotel, located only a 30 second walk from the beach and beach bars and a 5 minute walk from Naxos Town! From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel manager was especially amazing! He was so welcoming, hands-on, and genuinely caring. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. The rooms and shower are beautiful, it really is a positive atmosphere all around, I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Naxos!

The Hotel Palatia was a perfect fit for our large family group — three families, two comfortable twin beds in each room, 5 rooms altogether. Manolis and his wonderful team were warm, hospitable, and incredibly comfortable. The upstairs rooms were airy with a sea view; the downstairs rooms were quiet and easy for the little kids. Breakfasts were delicious, and the beach was just steps away. The bay is shallow for a long way and perfect for kids, who played all day in the surf. Owner Manolis went above and beyond — one of us had a hospital visit, and Manollis actually came to the hospital to check on us! Marianthi, Katerina, and Denise were incredibly helpful and wonderful with the children. Excellent value for a very happy stay! Highly recommend.

The staff here are genuinely helpful and pleasant, nothing is too much trouble. Clean and tidy with a very nice view of the ocean. A short walk into town for a trip through the back alleyways is a must. Buses are easy to get around in. Property is located a short 20 paces away from the beach. All-in-all a very relaxing time.
