Hotel Palatia in Naxos Chora

We loved our stay here. Amazing location next to the beach, tavernas and close enough to the town centre to walk. The staff were accommodating, friendly and eager to give us suggestions on places to visit. The rooms are a great size and clean and tidy. I can’t recommend it more highly.

Awesome hotel if you're planning to spend some time in Naxos close to the port. Convenient location right next to the beach and about 10 minutes walking from the port itself (although if you have a lot of luggage, you can get a taxi for 15-20 euros). If you want to spend a lot of time at the beach then this is a great place to be, and it's very easy to walk into the city to experience the many bars, restaurants, lounges and more.

The service was great, offering to assist with transportation to and from the port, as well as offering a robust breakfast in the morning as well.

The bathroom was small and the beds aren't the best, but our room had a quaint balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the beach/ocean, which was very lovely.

Overall for a short stay in Naxos, we'd easily recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is great for the price. Its very simple yet located right by the beach, 10 min walk from old town with shopping and restaurants. The receptionist is extremely nice and kind. The cleaning service is super good - we found our room spotless every day. We chose to have a breakfast included and it was a typical eggs/omelette/toast/yogurt plus fruits/OJ/regular coffee combo. We ended up venturing out to the city center for a good cappuccino, chocolate croissants, and spinach pie (Naxos Bakery 🌟 5 mins walk) and skipping included breakfast at the hotel altogether.
The nearby beach is very simple and shallow but perfect for kids. There are many restaurants right on the beach within a minute walk.
If you stay here, ask the receptionist about other beaches. There is a bus that takes you to other beaches for €2 from the city center near the port (10-15 min walk to the bus stop from this hotel) and the bus ride is 25-30 mins to get to Plaka beach (where we went). Overall, I personally would not stay in this area again because it is way to simple but I think it is a great option for those with kids who wants to completely disconnect.

We really enjoyed our stay at Palatia! The hotel is literally 2 mins from the beach and the city centre is within walking distance. The receptionist was super friendly, helpful and kind-hearted. 10/10 recommend!!

Just a step away from Saint George and Naxos Center in a quiet neighborhood though. Manolis was very helpful, hospitable and provided us with all necessary information on Naxos. Brrakfast is served in the room if you wish. The sea views are direct and panoramic. Would definitely recommend
