Small hotel located in the centre of the lively village of chanioti, near the beach. Within walking distance are shops and restaurants. It offers an outdoor pool and comfortable rooms. For a relaxing beach holiday.

Location: in the village of Hanioti, on the Peninsula of Kassandra, 90 km from Macedonia international airport of Thessaloniki. Bus stop 300 meters from the hotel.

Consists of one 3-storey building.

The hotel has 50 rooms.

Beach: public sandy-pebble beach, 100 m from the hotel (2-coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Sun beds, umbrellas - for a fee. The beach is 3 km away.

Budget hotel, probably when it was new it was 4stars hotel, now it needs thorough cleaning of limescale in taps, because that's the reason for difficult shower experience (there is warm water enough for thaking shower, only limescale prevents it from running normally).
If you are not tourist with high standards it is a good value for the money. Very near the beach, near the town centre.
Not enough personell and that is the reason sometimes you have to find a way to get toiletries - but few staff can be approached kindly and they will solve your issues.
We might come back.

A Truly Disappointing Stay I can honestly say I've never stayed in a worse hotel. In 10 days, the bedsheets weren't changed, nor were the towels replaced. There's no water pressure in the shower, making showering after the beach a real adventure. The TV in the room works, but there are no channels or cable. The Wi-Fi signal is terrible. The only person who spoke and understood English was a waiter who arrived four days into our stay. If I had anything positive to say, I would, but I simply don't. I would urge all serious travel agencies to remove this hotel from their offerings, as continuing to feature it would make them complicit in what feels like outright deception.

I expected more for 4 stars hotel, it doesn’t deserve 4 stars at all. Bathroom was a disaster, but the rooms were getting cleaned every day which is okay. Food was very basic and same every day. Furniture in room looks very old. Overall wasn’t that bad but I would say it’s a two stars hotel based on my experience, not four. Overrated

This 4-star hotel looks more like a 0-star place. The room was a disaster, and the hygiene was at the lowest possible level. Definitely not suitable for children. Breakfast was the same every day and absolutely terrible – I wouldn’t recommend the food to anyone. Completely disappointing.

The worst hotel we have ever visited. First you will be greeted by a drunk woman at the reception. As soon as you enter the room, you will be struck by the bathroom. You can't watch TV, you can only listen, because every day they will lie to you that they will fix your TV. You have never tried a worse breakfast, most likely it was prepared by the friendly lady at the reception. We were unlucky to have our room cleaned. Make no mistake, IT IS TERRIBLE.

The most disgusting hotel i've ever been.The outside look is ok but inside it is such a ruin,especialy the rooms.Old furniture,uncomfortable beds,worst pillows ever,the bathroom is awwww the biges disaster that words can nit describe, something like a abandoned old building.The breakfast is sooo poor, no fresh fruit at all,3 or maybe 4 foods to choose, no many tipes of bread only one tipe-white.There are people who can not eat white bread, so for the hotel with 4 stars you can not allow such a thing.there is an old lady i suppose she is an owner.THIS HOTEL NEEDS A MENAGER not an old stingy lady to lead it. This hotel deserves 2 stars

Disgusting! 🤮 The toilet is filthy, the tiles and the bathtub are yellowed from dirt and there is mold all around the edges. The furniture in the room is from 1970. There is spiderweb almost everywhere in the room.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL, BEAUTIFUL CLEAN ROOMS, A POOL AND A BEACH NEAR THE HOTEL, COME HERE NOW, THE PRICE IS WORTH IT.

Great hotel with pleasant stuff especially lady at the reception. Rooms are cleaned every day with changing towels every other day. Breakfast was good with pretty much same meal choices, but food was well prepared and tasty. Maybe one thing to consider is getting a little better wifi signal in hotel rooms.
It was nice holiday in Melathron Chaniotis.
