I really enjoyed my stay despite the downsides. Territory 2 hotels in use. The food is delicious. But for dinner, only water is free. 2 beaches to choose from. The entrance is gentle. By the pool sunbeds, umbrellas for free, on the sea for a fee. The room was simple, but everything is fine. There is no kettle.

The food was delicious, the meat was normal, and the dairy products were delicious. We were immediately upgraded from a regular room to a sea view room. The only negative is that our sink and shower drain was constantly clogged and no one came to fix it. There is also a beautiful and rather large territory, the beach near the hotel itself is not very good, but the neighboring Palini has a wonderful sandy beach. And since this is one network, it can be visited without hindrance

From 4old small lifts just 3works for 7days! The waiting time from 3-10minutes is a mess we very often use the stairs from the the ground to the 7floor!
The rooms and hotel are so old and dirty its like a journey back in 1960. We have smog from the Hotel in our room from time to time, so we dont can breath wake up at 4in the night! And not just in one night...
The hotel is so dark the name palace is a joke its more than "Athos old damageg cave!

We booked a bungalow and we ended up with a room in the old hotel with a smell coming out of the restaurant kitchen.
Be aware. If you visit at early season everything smells on humidity, and possible techno parties destroy the peace.

I just love this hotel, everything is good, from rooms to service, pool, and of course beach....but, always have a but, for non-Rusian kids no any entertainment, besouse other kids are smelling or something?

The place is deserving it's four stars classification. The staff is kindly and attentive, even if they are at the reception, restaurant, pool bar or beach. They hardly try to preserve an ancient look of their hotel but meanwhile assuring all modern facilities to their visitors. They have Wi-Fi at the lounge and pool bar, even at the suites level. The sea facing side offer wonderful views. Entertainment at the pool is quite good and on the beach they have umbrellas and sunbeds. Also, a lot of fun is provided at their sea-sport department (ski-jets, boat rentals and other exciting water fun activities). The food is good and diversified.

Very bad service. Personal not friendly. Small Lift and very very slow. 4 Stars no way. Not to recommend.
Very bad SERVIS. Staff Nabeglavi and rude. Elevators and 4, had to wait about 10 minutes and was almost always fully Packed. Beverage prices grew in a strange way every day. Tea was 2 euros 25 then 2 then 3.
Lucky we were a big company and they failed to break our positive attitude to the rest. To return to this hotel not want to.

Terrible hotel. At first it seems that the staff is polite, but in fact they do not care to us. Menu is poor and not tasty. Besides, no fresh food----the result — diarrhea for a few days. The hotel is worth its stars. A bit far from beach, but a beautiful, landscaped area, cheap cost of staying and caring staff compensate for all the inconvenience. On the beach you can always find a free lounger, though this charge.
CONS: Mouzenidis travel. If you find the Manager of muzenidis named Eugene - plump woman of indeterminate age, know that her words are not worth a dime. bought excuse on METEORS, and from us almost 5 hours there and 5 hours back! The guide, in its discretion, by Accursio almost 1 hour. And the Manager Eugene just sent us and did not speak!
