Corfu Sea Gardens in Kavos

The pool was closed down while there were still a lot of guests, the same goes for pool bar and restaurant. Not many of the staff could speak English. The fridge was NOT clean and was in need of getting a new shower head, but that did not help. Nearly no water coming out and took 5 minutes to get hot water. Nothing was like the pictures except the pool (until it was shut down) I will not recommend this hotel.

Booked 7 nights, stayed 1, never been anyware like this, beds broken, mattresses ripped, everything dirty and broke, even taps didnt work, toilet didn't flush and door doesn't lock. asked for refund but nothing, was told by receptionist that she didn't have managers phone number, only stayed one night as arrived late, I was told by someone else who was complaining in reception that hers was the same and her son had cut his face and ear on broken bed and that pool was disgusting.

This place is nothing short of a dump,I wouldn't stay here if giving money to stay. I checked in after about 45 mins of waiting for someone at reception,went to my room,on the way I noticed one of the bedroom windows in an apartment was broken and pigeons were flying in and out of it. I went to my room and to say I was shocked is an understatement it was filthy dirty, definitely wasn't cleaned,rust everywhere,shower not working,fly's all squashed into walls all over the room,wolly blankets in near 40 degree heat,the dirt behind the toilet was vile. I took my bag and left the room,headed back to reception to try speak to a manager to tell him about the place and looked for a refund as it was false advertisement because it didn't look like it did online,to be told there was no manager there,but the guy went into a back room and was speaking to someone who I can only presume was a manager. I was lucky to be able find somewhere else to stay called Stavros Beach Resort which I would highly recommend. I emailed them to speak with a manager and 8 days later I still haven't received any email back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

Good thing is staff and pool. Outside looks well maintained... inside not so. The main problem are cleaners... they dont change your towels and thrash even if you stay there more than 10 days. Not for families as youngsters are partying all night... baloons party... make your self a favour and pay 100€ more and get much better experience elsewhere
