A short 5 night break for the wife’s birthday. As a diamond member the staff were very helpful before our arrival offering transfers and a nice touch with an upgraded room, cake and prosecco on arrival. The hotel had only opened that day but the food was good and the staff friendly. A thoroughly enjoyable break even if the weather didn’t play ball for all of our stay.

The hotel is visually appealing, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. While the staff initially seem helpful, they frequently say they will check with a manager and then fail to follow up, which happened multiple times during our stay. The food quality is disappointing. In the buffet restaurant, meals are often lukewarm or even cold. The à la carte menu is very limited, and notably lacks traditional Greek dishes you would expect. What is served there appears to be the same food from the buffet, simply presented differently. We also heard many other guests expressing dissatisfaction, particularly regarding their rooms, the poor food quality, and advertised amenities that were not actually available. Overall, the experience did not live up to expectations.

We went on our honeymoon and had an amazing time. The room was clean and ready close to the pool, the whole site was stunning and clean. The restaurants were brilliant especially the Asian and greek. The staff were so friendly like Sergio at Alas restaurants, Adonis at the Bliss bar, elpiela Christina and the glass collecting girl at the pool who must of walked miles taking orders and picking up empties. The only things that weren't brilliant were the buffet wasn't great but we didn't go hungry, the hotel app didn't work and the pool wasn't heated. Lindos village is a €30 taxi away and a must if u want to see a traditional village. To sum up we will definitely be returning with more of the family next time.

Lindian Village Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton is a huge disappointment and a disgrace to the Hilton brand. It claims to be 5 stars, but it’s a tired 3-star property at best. The food was awful — cold, bland, and poorly cooked. The rooms were run down and dirty, with a rusty shower and broken handles. Housekeeping was terrible — bins left full, towels missing, and no attention to detail. The lobby looks nice, and the kids club was genuinely good, but that’s where the positives end. Overall, this place completely fails to meet Hilton standards. Avoid at all costs — not worth the money or the disappointment.

We visited as a couple very late June, early July for a week long stay, and overall it was a mixed bag but it was more disappointing then good. Personally it fell short in many aspects and in my opinion It did not feel like it is a 5 Star hotel nor did it act like one. Maybe if we payed a bit less we’d let let it slide but the money we spend and what we expected. It wasn’t worth it. The staff were mixed but some were very nice and friendly, especially the larger man by the pool bar and the other bar tenders. The lady on the Yummy Truck was blunt at times but that may be down to lack of English or my lack of Greek I suppose. The overall aesthetic at a glance of the hotel was very pleasing but it felt very much like it was going for a “Instagram hotel”, but the hotel only looked good at the first glance, once you start looking deeper into things it just seemed dirty or not cleaned enough. An example was our shower head which was not cleaned properly, we made the staff aware of this straight away when we got there along with the minor damp smell we experienced nothing changed after the one first visit from the house keeper so clearly management failed to pass this information along. The buffet choice felt dire and service was inconsistent, in the evening they’d get you a drink and bring it to your table but in the morning they’d just hover in the corner apart from one morning they did offer, I am not opposed to getting my drinks and food myself but be consistent on the procedure. That may be a non issue but I thought I’d highlight some inconsistencies. The A La Carte wasn’t something to write home about as they wasn’t much difference from the buffet choice really, although the Asian style one where we had sushi was quite nice. I personally didn’t see the pool cleaned until they jet washed the sides on our last day after a few guests started complaining more vocally to there booking provider or staff. We often saw swarms of ants by the pool and bar, along within our room. We a had some uninvited guests by a multitude of inspects, the hotel did nothing to solve the issues especially the swarms of ants by the pool. I would like to mention when walking back from the beach one day the manager did ferry us to the ice cream parlour in his buggy and opened it early for us. It shows the staff do care, as most were very friendly. To sum it all up, it’s not worth the money we paid and I felt like the poor management came from above, potentially they’re holding out until next season. It felt very “Style over substance” where it had great beauty in some places but fell short on the “5 star resort” part.

We had a lovely time staying at Lindian Village. The staff was fantastic and always so friendly and attentive to your needs. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and inviting. A particular highlight were the Crepes, Cocktails and tennis court which were amazing and a real highlight of the trip. The food was lovely however it was difficult as a vegetarian and it would be great if there could be some more options available or that the menu could be rotated each night with a different vegetarian option. All in all we had an amazing time!

We had wonderful vacation. We booked suite with private pool, the room was very nice and clean. Resort was very beautiful, the staff on reception was friendly and helpful. Ocean was clean and food in restaurant was also great.

Well, what an incredible place to stay! The rooms are amazing, the food was outstanding, particularly at the Italian Restaurant with the super accommodating and friendly Anastasia! The reception staff were super friendly, and fun, particularly Elpida and Adreina - nothing was too much and they’re absolutely Great!! A true asset to their team :)absolute superstars I will be back !!

From the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated by the picturesque setting of this hotel. It’s a true hidden gem, nestled in a landscape that felt like something out of a fairytale. The hotel itself is a work of art, with a stunning bohemian theme that is executed flawlessly in every detail, from the decor to the lush, vibrant gardens. However, our initial experience hit a small snag when we entered our room to find an unpleasant smell. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and it was a bit disappointing. But this is where the hotel’s exceptional service truly shone. We spoke with the manager, Christine, who immediately got in touch with Elpiola from Guest Relations. Elpiola was an absolute star! She not only listened to our concerns but also went above and beyond by upgrading us to a room with a jacuzzi. It was a game-changer and completely turned our experience around. To our surprise, the thoughtfulness didn't stop there. As it was our anniversary, Elpiola graciously offered us a complimentary spa package. The massages were incredible—they were so thorough and relaxing that we felt completely at ease and even ended up canceling our afternoon sightseeing boat excursion just to savor the moment. This hotel and its wonderful staff, especially Elpiola and Christine, and Marialena made our anniversary unforgettable. We can't wait to come back!
