Friendly and attentive staff praised by multiple guests for their helpfulness and smiles. Clean and spacious rooms with daily housekeeping and towel changes every other day. Entertainment available six nights a week with varied activities such as kids’ club, face painting, karaoke, and traditional dancing. The pool areas are well maintained, with plenty of sun loungers and a quieter pool option. Good location close to the beach, village center, and bus stop, facilitating easy excursions. Food was frequently described as repetitive, lukewarm, and not well suited to English tastes, with some guests preferring to eat out. The all-inclusive drinks package was limited; cocktails and certain spirits were not included or required extra payment. Beds were often reported as uncomfortable and old, causing discomfort during longer stays. Some rooms were dated or not matching online photos, with issues such as awkward shower placement and cleanliness concerns like ants and mosquitoes. Smoking near the entertainment area was uncomfortable for some guests, with a lack of designated smoking zones.

Ive not reviewed before and we've been here twice. We're also coming back next year as a couple for our anniversary. We came in June 2024 with an 11 year old, 8 year old & 3 month old. Then again in June 2025 with a 12 year old, 9 year old & 15 month old who has food allergies. We adore this hotel. Yes, the beds aren't the comfiest but we're used to memory foam at home 🤣 its unrealistic not to expect to be a bit uncomfortable towards the end. We stay for 10 days each time and its only towards the end of the stay that we miss our beds. Food is absolutely fine. One night a week is Chinese themed and its YUM. There's always plenty of variety. AI will never ever be able to please absolutely everyone. Even with an allergy baby he had plenty of options that involved common sense. Tomato based sauces, veggies, chips, meats etc. The majority of staff speak really good English too and you can also get allergy translation cards from allergy UK just in case you do meet a language barrier (though we didnt!) There's fridges in each room so we bought his oat milk in the local shop and could store it in the fridge. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly & towels changed every other day. Beds are made, rooms tidied up & rubbish emptied on the inbetween days. Entertainment is on 6 nights a week. Anyone that says otherwise is telling fibs. The entertainment staff have one day off. One. The main man in charge of the entertainment loves his job and puts alot of effort in, you can tell hes really passionate. Theres aqua zumba, darts competitions, football, kids club, face painting, children's disco, music quizzes, karaoke, traditional greek dancing, loads of stuff. AI drinks include local beer, gin, rum, vodka, soft drinks etc. The normal standard of all inclusive! The two main barmen are brothers and cocktails aren't even expensive. Every day they do a cocktail of the day for €4 each. Which is still an absolute bargain. In the Midlands you easily pay about 8-10 quid for a cocktail. So any whinging on thats a bit irrelevant. Andi & Luli are brilliant, it wouldnt be the same without them! Pool is kept clean, isn't cold, and theres no fighting for sunbeds at all really. There are odd days where there's a crossover with people going home & new people arriving that it seems to get a bit busier but then it'll go back to normal the next day. Ive not used the gym on site so I cant comment but my husband did, quite a few mornings, and he'd be done & dusted within about 45 minutes while I took the kids for breakfast. So that's not busy and if it was rubbish he'd not have gone back repeatedly! Gardeners are pottering around constantly. They clean the paths and water the greenery every morning. There's no hiding that the staff here are taking care of the place. The room we stayed in last year was definitely more modern than the one this year but they're making their way through them all. But, again, we'd not have rebooked to come back if we didn't love it! Tigaki is stunning.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. There were definitely some positives, but also a few things that let the stay down. Positives: ✅The staff were lovely and always friendly. From reception to the bar staff and cleaners, everyone was polite and welcoming. ✅The location was excellent — just a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go, which made exploring the area really convenient. ✅Our room was cleaned daily, which we appreciated, although the cleaners did sometimes come quite early. Negatives: ❌The food became repetitive quite quickly and didn't really cater for English guests. A bit more variety and some international options would have been appreciated. ❌One of the biggest issues for us was the smoking during the evening entertainment. As someone currently pregnant, it was very uncomfortable to sit there with constant smoke around us. It would really improve the experience to have a clearly designated smoking area away from the main seating. ❌The beds were very uncomfortable, which affected how well we slept. ❌The all-inclusive drinks package was very limited — we were surprised that even popular local drinks like Mythos beer weren't included and had to be paid for. ❌Our room was dated and not like the pictures online. The shower setup was especially poor — the shower head was awkwardly placed on the side wall, making it hard to shower properly. The shower curtain was dirty, stuck to you while showering, and felt unhygienic. A proper glass screen and repositioning of the shower would make a big difference. Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its great staff and location, but it could really benefit from a few key improvements in comfort, facilities, and how the all-inclusive service is delivered.

We had the best time at this hotel We arrived at around 2pm, quick check in and all information we needed was given plus a clear map and directions to our room. We had a standard double room and it was clean with plenty of space. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels every other day. The pool and gardens where kept lovely and clean. Pool a little cool but was welcome with the heat. The all inclusive drinks where a bit of a let down but there was still enough. All the staff where brilliant and always smiling. The animation team where really good and seemed to work their back sides off, with lots of activities going on throughout the day. Evening entertainment was quite good also and very lively. My only negative would be the food it was very hit and miss. We went out most evenings to eat.

I wish I'd have properly read some of the reviews before booking as I wouldn't have booked. Our room was dated and nothing like what was shown in the picture with the view being a giant overgrown tree you couldn't see through. Have to say as far as drinks hoes this is the worst all inclusive hotel I've ever been to. Only alcoholic dri is available ar beer, as a couple of house spirits. No cocktails unless you want to pay extra. No ice cream as only for children. Entertainment was very poor with some nights having nothing on and others very mediocre. Larger pool is smaller than it looks in photos with the loungers in need of repair. On the plus side the food was pretty good. Good location and Tigaki itself a lovely place to wander around. Close to bus stop to get into Kos town and places to book excursions. I'd recommend the area but definitely not the hotel.

Well where do I start, the hotel is only 3 star, I would give it an overall 2 star, the food was only acceptable from a German perspective, very little on offer for a British palette, Very repetitive everyday, food was only Luke warm at best, arrived at the hotel at 1.20am in the morning given a small map to find your room, it was lucky after half an hour wandering the complex bumped into an Italian who worked there and was very helpful, be aware of the mosquitos they will eat you alive, with that in mind I would place a towel on the floor by the front door, I could write a whole book regarding this hotel, but I haven't got the time

For the first 3 nights we were being bit through the night, we mentioned to maids and nothing was done, we went to reception on the 4th day and asked for the room to be sprayed, upon our return there were hundreds of bugs left dead on the floor and it turned out after speaking to reception there was a mosquito nest in our room. It did become less of an issue after the room was sprayed but did not solve the issue and we were still bit regularly while sleeping. The bedding wasn't changed the whole 2 weeks we were there, even after requesting clean sheets after the room was sprayed, there were blood spots on the pillows that were there upon our arrival. We got clean towels for showering 3 times for the 2 weeks we were there. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and left both my partner and I in a lot of back pain. The drinks were awful, soft fizzy drinks were flat and the 'all inclusive' drinks only included about 3 spirits to choose from, anything else was at an extra charge which were quite costly for the quality. The food was the worst part of the hotel, it was the same every morning, afternoon and evening. The meat wasn't even cooked through, we had pink chicken nearly every meal. The entertainment was poor at best, the main entertainment man was quite rude to the other entertainment staff which wasn't nice to see. The location of the hotel was the best bit about the accommodation, been only a 10 minute walk from the bars/shops/beach. I wouldn't return and do not think it is worth the money we paid per person.

On arrival staff were very friendly and the welcome pack food hamper was a nice touch. Room was modern with all facilities needed. All inclusive was a bit poor with bottled water not supplied in room daily . Beds were made but rooms weren’t cleaned properly and we had an infestation of ants of which I have a phobia about and asked to change rooms of which wasn’t an issue. Towels given had holes in the them which was appalling and we used as a bigger bath mat. Food and the limited drinks were poor for an all inclusive hotel and we ate out most of the time. Thousands of ants were seen going to one of the kitchens of which totally put me off eating or drinking anything further within the restaurant. Pools were really nice however I think handrails should be added to the steps into the upper level kids pool for safety reasons. The entertainment wasn’t all that great and my 2 younger kids were bored on the nights we stayed in the hotel. Again safety precautions needed to be taken with the looses wires from equipment. The most important thing I need to mention was the barman at the small pool bar smoking whilst serving drinks or it hanging out of his mouth which is disgustingly bad especially if ash had dropped into peoples drinks. Plus side the air conditioning was brilliant in the rooms. The onsite shop was great for all things needed and had a great young man who was friendly and spoken good English. Sun loungers were always available around the pool and were very comfortable. A few little changes and this would be a great hotel and maybe a better star rating . We would return again if these little things were dealt with as it is in a great location.

We had a very pleasant all inclusive stay at this hotel. The surroundings well maintained, with a clean area and plenty of outdoor seating in the evenings. There are two pools: one is designated as a quiet pool, while the other has music until 11 pm. Almost every evening there was live music or animation, which made the evenings entertaining. The guests were mostly Polish, British, and German. Room: Our room: „superior garden-poolview with balcony or terrace” was recently renovated, quite spacious, and nicely furnished. It had a big, comfortable bed, a huge mirror, a large terrace, and one closet. A kettle was also provided, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was modern, very clean, and had a large comfortable shower with excellent water pressure. Housekeeping was daily, and towels were changed every other day, which worked perfectly for us. The only downside was the air conditioning unit, which was placed directly above the bed. It made it impossible to use at night because the airflow was too strong, and as a result, the room became very hot during the warm nights, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Food & Drinks: Breakfast was the same every day, but there were plenty of choices: different egg dishes, ham, bacon, fresh bread, as well as many sweet options like waffles, pancakes, cereals, and jams. The vegetables were fresh and tasty, though the selection of fruits was quite limited. Lunch was rather repetitive but still quite tasty. Dinner offered more variety, with different options every evening, both meat and vegetarian. On Monday there was a Greek night with excellent local dishes and drinks, which we especially enjoyed. Between the main meals, there were snack bars offering pastries and pies. As for all inclusive, the beer and wine were fine, but the rum and gin were not great. We often opted for the “drink of the day” (4 euros), which was consistently very tasty. Pools & Facilities: The large pool is quite deep (up to 185 cm), and we never had trouble finding free sunbeds, which was a big plus. The beach was 10 minutes away on foot, we paid 15 euros for 2 sunbeds for whole day. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. I would recommend a stay in this hotel!

Lovely place but a couple little bits I wasn't keen on and I'm not fussy at all. The rooms were beautiful our room was stunning, pools were great , and the staff behind reception were great and very helpful when we arrived they gave us a lunch bag as we arrived very late in the evening. Food was a massive let down for this beautiful hotel and I'm not a fussy eater at all. There was hot dogs for breakfast mmmmm tinned carrots for breakfast isn't for me . The evening meal was not great . Greek night is Monday that was lovely, and oriental food was another night was nice but other days was awful . We found ants crawling into the tiny kitchen thousands of them . Limited coffee for all inclusive the filter coffee that's it. Just the food side let this beautiful hotel down. There were 4 adults and 2 kids in our group and we had a day near Little pool for the kids which was brilliant, but the man behind the bar was serving drinks and smoking whilst serving this is inappropriate when serving customers didn't look nice . We had a lovely time just food issues and the man behind the bar let it down slightly.

Having read the reviews after I had booked Gaia Village I must admit that I was dreading my holiday, but, how wrong I was. First off the receptionist on arrival was very helpful and friendly, although we arrived late a packed lunch awaited us and we were quickly set up in our room. Our room was modern, airy and clean with a great AC unit, power points aplenty and a USB power point. Shower was powerful. Rooms were serviced daily with towels changed every other day. The food was plenty and varied from day to day and was typical of a 3* hotel there was always something noce to eat . The staff were very attentive and friendly and everything was a great experience . The hotel has 2 pool areas, both were well stocked with sunbeds and parasols no need to rush out early to get one and each has a poolside bar that had very friendly staff to serve you with local alcohol (no vodka) and hot drinks and cakes and ice cream for the kids. The entertainment laid on by the hotel was as varied with karaoke, quizzes and singing evenings by outside entertainers. Although checkout 12 midday and we had a late transfer, we were allowed to use the all inclusive facilities including food and drink until we left. There is a secure left luggage room in reception and showers and towels are available if needed before you leave. The hotel complex has an onsite shop selling snacks, gifts and ice creams. The hotel is a short walk from the beach where 2 sunbeds + parasol can be rented for €15 per day. There is also a high street around the corner with shops and bars and restaurants if you fancied a charge. We would highly recommend Karma cocktail bar! I would personally rate this hotel better than its 3* badge and ignore the negative reviews. We had great holiday!
