The hotel was ok. But at least in our room we didn’t have hot water and the internet does not work in the rooms. You have to go to the lobby. Dinner and breakfast were ok .

Stunningly beautiful hotel at the base of the Meteora monasteries. Gorgeous marble interior with luxurious lobby and spacious rooms. Bathroom tub was small and dangerously tilted, but friendly staff, magnificent ambiance, and delicious dinner more than made up for that. We stayed in this hotel for one night as a part of our tour to Meteora. Our room was fine, had a nicely renovated bathroom and a view on Meteora. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both good. Nothing to complain about!

I originally thought the hotel was pretty good, as I could see the hanging monastery, but soon after I entered the room, I was hit by a flying insect, not a mosquito. I had checked in this hotel through my tours. Dinner was good and staff is helpful when I need something. It is nearby central town. Very decent and nice hotel to stay. It has nice views of mountains.

Great stay in many ways! Staff were accommodating, room was cozy and had plenty of space, breakfast was yummy, and easy parking. Definitely do the view room with the balcony for an extra bonus!

This place is the cutest little hotel at the foot of the mountains. Things started off really well when the receptionist welcomed us like we were old friends. She explained everything to us and even showed us our room and gave us options. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. The only down side was there was no kettle in the room or any facilities to make a drink. Hot drinks could be purchased. Complimentary tea and coffee would have made this stay excellent.

A very good hotel, near to the meteore and the center of the town. The room are perfect and clean. The receptionnist is fantastic, the kindest person I've see in greece : he saved our trip thanks to his precious advices and contact !

Bed linen (mainly pillows) and breakfast need some upgrades, however the staff we’re super helpful and nice and the cleanliness of the hotel was superb. Also, all the air conditioning remote controls were removed from the rooms, which was not good for us.

Guesthouse Iridanos, how fortunate we were. We used private tour company and their 4 star option was full. We stayed here overnight during our visit to Meteora (which by the way means suspended in the air or lofty in Greek). In any case, this is a lovely, charming hotel. A simple and functional hotel. For the reasonable price you get a clean and quiet room right in the center of Kalambaka. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely sufficient for a short stay. If you're lucky you will get a room with the view of the hills.

I didn’t stay here but I paid 15€ to use their pool and had a fabulous time. The pool is well maintained and equipped with not only lounging chairs and bean bag chairs and umbrellas, but also two pavilions each with a dining table and chairs, as well as a small church—yes, a church! Incredible views of the rock formations in one direction and mountains in the other, among palms and other petty landscaping...

Overall the hotel is fine. The rooms are slightly outdated but comfortable. The decorations at the entrance and in the restaurant can be considered kitch, but is a matter of taste. The location is great, especially if you have a view over the Meteora. Biggest downside is that it is extremely noisy with groups leaving for tours at 06:00. Shouting in the hallway slamming doors. We stayed in a very clean room with a full view of the Meteora! The airconditioner worked perfectly and the mattress and pillows were most comfortable. The property is in a very good location. The views are beautiful. There are plenty of restaurants and town centre minutes away. The room we stayed in was on level 4. The view was directly at Meteora. The window opens to a beautiful mountain view with a small garden. The breakfast yogurt with honey is delicious. There are many varieties, most of which are freshly made. The chirping of insects and birds is very rustic. The faucets and shower facilities in the bathroom are old and need to be updated.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The area is beautiful and close enough to restaurants and things nearby. We did a 16km walk to visit all the monasteries which I would absolutely recommend. The hotel was wonderful and would advise anyone to stay here

Good hotel, very convenient location, near restaurants, mini markets and the trail to the monasteries. Room was nice, bed a little small for too adults (for our liking) but it was clean and the views were amazing. Whole place smelled super nice. This is the perfect place to stay in Kalambaka. From here Meteora is very accessible by car. You could even walk up, although it would take about an hour in the heat. It's close to a few very good restaurant, across the street from Athens grocery store, and there's a pharmacy down the street. My room had a nice view of Meteora. One of the oldest hotels in the area, right in the heart of Kalambaka, will kept through the years, excellent service and great staff and owner! For the value, this hotel is superb. Really clean rooms, friendly staff and the breakfast had a great selection. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The room was a good size and had all the facilities you would need including a kettle, towels, glasses and soaps.

We only stayed here for one night. Reception staff was extremely nice and very informative. Hotel itself extremely spotless and I don't know why it has only three stars. The best quality hotel so far I stayed in Greece. Very tasty meals, plenty to choose from. Highly recommend to everyone.

The hotel is very nice and locate 8-10 min walk from the center and traine station or 15 min walk to bus station. Reception helped me to book local tour right after I arrive the hotel, very helpful.

This is a family-run hotel, owned and operated by the family. The hospitality was exceptionally warm, and the owner took a great deal of time and showed a lot of patience in giving us local recommendations for places and experiences we would never have discovered on our own. The breakfast was excellent, and I will recommend this hotel to friends if they travel to the area.

Hotel Meteora was a bless to stay in. The rooms were quiet, modern and well equipped. The bathroom very clean and beautiful authentic finish. Dimitris' hospitality is the biggest plus of this hotel. We got tips for our trip around the Meteora and found them in quiet places without too many tourists, discovered a beautiful hike and saw a wonderful sunset. I would so do it again and recommend it to anyone

The view from our room was spectacular! The bed was comfortable with clean linens but nothing out of the ordinary. Our light and air conditioning did not work. The shower door was broken leading to water getting onto the floor from the shower. Breakfast was not included in our hotel package.

The hotel is located in Kalambaka very close to the mountain monasteries. The rooms we got were tiny, bed was next to the wall, no view and tiny bathroom. We changed it to a larger room adding 30Euro. The towels were stiff and the lady did not want to replace it. (Later they were replaced) The breakfast was fine.

Apartament was clean, good location (5 min from center), easy acces and parking in front of the property on the street. AC working very good, nice teraces, good wi-fi. Perfect for visiting the city and Meteora. We were a family of 2 adults + 1 child (12 years).

Two very large appts connected by a dorr and EACH able two sleep 2 adults+2kids (SAFE bunk beds). Balcony on ground floor looking to busy street, you can converse w/passers by, avoid except mornings and late evenings. Terrace is surrounded by high walls & shared w/3 other appartments. 2 kitchens perfectly equipped.

Not luxurious but a good choice for the price, more like a hostel type accommodation. The rooms are clean and nice, the location is good for visiting Meteora, the street is quiet but close to restaurants, and there is free parking in front of the house. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and furnished perfectly. Host was responsive and thorough. Meteora was magical! We did a sunset e-bike tour, Theodore with Meteora E-Bikes was great. The next day we booked another tour with the same company and the owner, Basille, guided us off road on mountain e-bikes. It was incredible!!

Perfect. This is Adults only, so teens and kids are not staying at the hotel, if they are there it is for the restaurant.
