This hotel is listed as 4 Stars on hotels.com, but that makes no sense. It is a very basic hotel with dated rooms and furniture. The bed was very squeaky, and the washroom was tiny and VERY dated. The shower was impossible. The sliding door on the washroom was impossible to close. We had four rooms in our group and all were the similar. No place to open a suitcase. We also had roaches in several rooms...

It's a beautiful hotel located in the city centre. It's cozy and no short in charm, with historic landmarks in the nearbies. The staff was quite helpful and generous.

Really friendly people. Basic room, but the friendly people and breakfast on the rooftop make up for that

Missing two stars because their premises need renovating. It’s a relatively old building and you can hear people talk from the other rooms close to yours. Be aware that this is an animal friendly hotel which means you may have a dog in the room next door barking all night long which is inconvenient if you are travelling with a baby. We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and absolutely loved it. We ungraded to a seaview room and it was perfect. The location is so handy and we walked into the port most days. The staff were warm and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I thought this was superb, the beach area, the rooms and views, the working people were very friendly, the seating accommodation is lovely all around the hotel. The beat place we’ve stayed in the area. The service is amazing - very welcoming staff accept you when you arrived, offering a welcoming drink on the rooftop. The room is well arranged and attendant every day, well maintained. The view is great. Especially when you wake up early for a breakfast on the roof when the sunshines.

Good location central to exploring the Athena riviera and coasts but also close enough to get in and out of Athens for some day trips. The staff were wonderful and accommodating only let down was we were a couple and got 2 single beds instead of a double. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. You should consider it more as a 3 star. If so you won’t be disappointed. The pictures are real but retouched, lots of areas of the hotel have not been renovated in a long time. The pool is not the cleanest and the street is quite noisy.

*This review is only for the restaurant* We dinned there after a wedding ceremony. The prepared menu was neatly cooked and all the varieties of meat tasted great. For a restaurant of a 4-star hotel though, it wasn't something spectacular. The waiting staff were fast and polite, despite the 70 people that they had to serve. If you want to stay here, you will possibly enjoy the restaurant too.

I had a very positive experience after booking 10+ rooms for my wedding guests in Palmyra hotel. Their reservations department communicated effectively with me and on time about organisation and payments. My guests were all delighted with their stay and the room.

Very spacious rooms with abundant parking and good air conditioning. They didn’t have the room we booked so we received a family room (two separate rooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 twin beds, a living room with a couch and coffee table). However the rooms were quite noisy being close to the airport and a 6 lane road, but the view from our balcony was great.

So overall I found it to be a really good location and I was very pleased with my stay. Oh and my cousin and I found the beds very comfortable. I was actually surprised. On a very short notice, the great amazing owners and staff of the Brazil suites were able to accommodate us, albeit on two different rooms during our stay, but they did try their best. A nice and cosy place to relax into. Our room was nice and clean and cosy. A small but cool pool in the back. It was a pity that the pool closes at 7pm. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool a bit longer. We enjoyed a few drinks after coming back from dinner asking the beach a short walk away from the hotel.
