Unfortunately, I had the “pleasure” of staying at this place. The lady at the reception desk, whom I asked for help, was very rude. The situation was that my husband arrived there earlier with my child and told the receptionist that his wife would arrive later. Unfortunately, in the meantime, his phone ran out of battery, and he didn't text me the room number. When I arrived at the hotel and asked the lady at the reception desk for the room number, she said she couldn't give it to me and was generally very rude. My explanations that I also had a room at this hotel and that my husband was with a small child and I couldn't reach him by phone were of no use. Finally, out of helplessness, I burst into tears, while the lady at the reception desk continued to fix her nails and asked me several times if it was definitely my husband... I will leave that without comment... She graciously called him in his room and then informed me that he wasn't answering, and as it turned out later, the phone in the rooms wasn't working, which she knew perfectly well. Finally, my husband showed up, wondering why I had been gone for so long. He made a scene, and I didn't even receive a proper apology for the whole situation... I do not recommend this hotel, where guests are treated like trash. Finally, I would like to add that the lady at the reception desk had an excuse: “My colleague didn't tell me that your wife was coming.”

This hotel is closer to a roadside motel than a four star hotel. Even though we booked a “junior suite” for our honeymoon we were booked in a room with a broken sink, toilet, and shower at the end of an extremely Smokey hallway even if it’s a smoke free hotel. When I went to nicely ask for a new room I was rudely told no without an apology or any help from the front desk besides sending the maintenance guy to try and fix our room while we sit and wait.

Family apartment, close proximity to each other. You have to draw the curtains to avoid being seen. 👀 A 20-minute taxi ride from various attractions. Ubers range from 5 to 15 euros.

Service: The female receptionist at the hotel was poor and indifferent. 😒
