Nice stay for the second time. Great location, nice staff and the parking is a big plus. The hotel is clean and the rooms large. It could do with a few cosmetic improvements and refurbishment but the ratio quality/price is one of the best. The breakfast is ok, not the main asset but the staff really kind.

We arrived late at night and in the room were snacks and small bottle of wine which was a perfect way to end the evening after a long flight! Room was clean, breakfast had many food choices and the staff was cheerful. Woke up to a bit of rain and they had umbrellas to take on our tour Athens. Volly and Larry

It reminded me of a Motel 6. It was a bed and a bathroom with a broken chair at the desk. You cannot take a shower without getting the whole bathroom wet and the toilet is up against the side wall.

We got to the hotel early and the front desk accommodated my husband and I by allowing us to check in early so we can rest. The hotel is near the cruise terminals which was also convenient. Overall, we had a great stay before our cruise.

Pros: clean. Bed comfortable. Good lighting and outlets in the room. Cons: No shampoo or Conditioner. 1 bathtowel for 2 persons? 1 Welcome bottle of water in the fridge.

According to ******* booking, I thought the breakfast is free but we have to pay $8 Euro per person.

Although a simple room, it was clean and well maintained. Very helpful and friendly staff. We ate in the hotel both dinner and breakfast. Good food, great value and very hospitable service. Breakfast wasn’t included in our stay, but was well with it. It is an excellent location for cruisers as it is within a simple walk to the port.

Good place to stay pré-cruise and even post-cruise. Located a 15 minute walk from the Diminko Theater Metro station (Line 3 direct from airport - 9€) and 15 minute walk to the port of Piraeus. It’s basic, but clean and pleasant staff. I would recommend it!

Very nice. Arrived following cruise at 10am (check in wasn’t until 2/3pm) and they had our room ready and waiting. They were kind, provided water bottle and taxi for airport following morning.

We booked this hotel as a package, a cheap one, for a quick last minute getaway. As you can see in the pictures the bathroom was ridden with drain flies and mould in the grout. Although we stayed there only one night, the choice of that specific hotel proved to be a pleasant surprise. The room, although without a remarkable view, was relatively spacious. The bathroom was quite good, clean, and provided everything needed for hassle-free and enjoyable use (three types of shampoo for hair and body, lotion, bathroom slippers, clean and relatively new towels, cotton swabs, etc...

Theoxenia Palace Piraeus is a great choice for a successful city trip. The location is very convenient, close to everything you might need. We booked this hotel because we had a boat to Santorini the next morning. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the furnishings are average. Is it a traditional five-star hotel? It's about a ten-minute drive from E7.

Greeted by a very friendly receptionist Emily. The building is modern and well maintained, and everything in the room worked. The breakfast was plentiful. Right by Piraeus metro station is exit and the port so ideally located for a morning ferry.

Perfect location if you need to take an early ferry. The staff is friendly and helpful as well that allowed us to use the microwave from the restaurant to heat up our own meal.

Apparently we didn’t have the breakfast included in our stay. The cost was $15 euros each for breakfast if we paid at the hotel. We opted to go across the street to a nice bakery and have a coffee and fresh baked good for around $4-5 euros each. We no big breakfast people fit was good for us.

The views from the rooftop restaurant and patio were breathtaking of the harbor. Service was impeccable and reflected more 5star hotel experience. This hotel was lovely with a nice view of the harbour & upwards to the Acropolis, however the road noise at night is quite loud & continues into the early morning. The staff was friendly & very accomodating. The rooftop terrace was lovely & the food was very good.

Conveniently located near the cruise port, the stay was comfortable and the on property restaurant offered a good variety of appetizing meals.

Arrived in the early hours by bus from the airport, stops like 5 min walk from hotel and the reception is amazing, the rooms are absolutely great for what they charge. Only little point, would be great to have a shower cabin or at least a curtain.

We stayed here for one night as a couple after a flight from Asia. Wanted to charge extra 25 euros for early check in so we gave that a miss. The hotel entrance is obscured with frosted glass. The staff were not very friendly and couldn’t find our booking. The room was small but made large by having a complete mirror wall opposite the bed. The location is very convenient and overall the room was clean however there was an overwhelming and unpleasant smell of cigarettes in the room which made the stay unbearable. We checked out earlier due to this and had a very poor night sleep.

friendly staff decent location in eastern piraeus cool looking rooms that look like the advertised rooms with what feels like soundproof walls only major downside was the wifi, they have 8 different connections that keep swapping between each other and disconnecting overall. when i could finally get connected most social media apps would not work at all.

This is a nice hotel with a lot of character. The Veranda bar overlooks the ocean and has a very pleasant atmosphere. There is a beach across the street and a grocery store next door. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is old, I changed several rooms, all except the rooms with a sea view have a stale smell of old age, breakfasts are like Groundhog Day every day, the same thing, they don't even change the omelette to fried eggs. The only plus is the first line and if the room has a sea view, the view is amazing, especially sunsets and sunrises

The address is very good. It's on the edge of the port and very close to the seaside. It's very comfortable to take a walk and drink coffee. You can see the life of the locals and stay away from the bustling urban area.

The room was adequate but small and the bathroom was uncomfortably small. The toilet space and shower were a very tight fit. The balcony was massive. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, warm and cold food although great bread selection. Staff were pleasant.

Very convenient hotel in a great location right next to the piraeus port. Great for an overnight stay to take the ferry in the morning. The front desk is open at all hours which is very helpful for late flights or early ferries.

Lovely, modernized hotel in heart of Pirareus. Very clean and nice rooms. Our balcony was huge- big enough for multiple chairs, two loungers, and tables. The free breakfast was delicious and quite ample- eggs, sausages, pastries, etc. Far better than the common Continental breakfast. I stayed there for one night after a cruise. The staff was very friendly and got us into our room fast. I wish they had ratings for very good as this place was. Main reason for a lower rating is location. Close to the docks but not much else in the area.

Staying here is inexpensive and on the coast. We started in a large three bedroom with no view which was more expensive than the ocean view. We changed to the ocean view that was wonderful. Unfortunately the beds are not that comfortable but tolerable.

For 50 euros a night with a view of the sea, it was definitely worth it, but I wouldn’t pay more. The interior is very old, and the sink in the bathroom was hanging as if it was going to fall at any moment. One good point is that the check out is at 12 that was very convenient.

Room was very clean and recently renovated. The young gentleman at reception was very courteous and informative. He went out of his way to bring me an iron and ironing board. Breakfast selection was great and hotel offered free shuttle service to cruise terminal.

The driver who picked me up for the free shuttle from the ferry dock was exceptional. He went out of his way to connect with me and was exceptional in negotiating my transfer to a different hotel due to a room problem. I don't know his name, but I sent a note to the hotel today to compliment him for his exceptional service on 10/13/25.

This quaint appearing hotel is a hidden gem! The short cobblestone walk from the bus stop was a surprise but we made it. The staff were very welcoming and informative. They directed us to a lovely restaurant in walking distance. The food was fabulous. In fact we ate there twice! We forgot our conversion plugs and the happily provided us with two during our stay! I would return to this hotel for another...

The hotel is not far from the port - 15 minutes walk-but you still need a taxi to get to the major passenger cruise line (like Holland America, etc) as the port is huge. Rooms are very clean, and it is in a quiet area. Metro is close by - maybe 7 min walk. The best thing about the hotel is front desk staff of the hotel. They are extremely helpful in everything - like how to buy bus tickets in Athens...

Me and my friend were there for night there. We felt like home from the first moment. Reception staff was amazing. I loved that we got some candies as a welcome in the room. Was great value, the beds were amazing. And we even got slippers(a nice touch even I did not used them), I have been in 3* hotels and never been offered slippers. I recommend it!

I recently stayed at ideal hotel and had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail.

Clean room, which was a relief after the hotel a couple blocks away we had initially booked and decided to leave after checking the mattresses. The hotel staff at Ideal let us look around the room before checking in so we could be sure we were comfortable. We checked the mattress and it was pristine! We chose this hotel for price and convenience, as catching an early morning ferry. Surrounding area is not the best, but the hotel was well presented and clean. The room with balcony was great. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with breakfast, but the lady that works, is very kind. The rooms are clean and smell good. I was on the fifth floor so, I had a beautiful view. I will surely come here again.

Very nice hotel for the price! Location is convenient although it’s close to the ferry port, not the cruise Port！ that’s my mistake for not looking closely enough! Luggage storage is just a room and I felt okay storing it but I’m not sure everyone would!

Place is very spacious and clean. Pool is very well maintained. View is amazing. Plenty of shade to have breakfast outside. Parking is tight and the side road to reach the property is narrow and steep at times.

Easy walking distance of the port, metro and shops. I have stayed here a few times before taking the ferry or after coming off the ferry. Comfortable bed, efficient fridge and quiet night. Reasonable price. Would be even better with a kettle. No reason not to book again next year.

This hotel is great if you’re going on the ferry to other islands of Greece. Walking distance to Piraeus port. If you’re not going on the ferry, this hotel is right at the end of Athens metro lines, so I took the metro from airport from end to end. The lobby looks very sad, however I need to assure you that the room is modern and newly renovated. Very tiny and bare but I think it’s fine. Staff is helpful...

I had a very pleasant stay at Noufara Hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything, making it easy to get around. The staff were outstanding, showing great hospitality and always being friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept clean and tidy throughout my stay, which made the experience even more comfortable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable, this hotel is just a few minutes' walk to the port to catch an island ferry. Most of the rooms appear to be at the front, facing the main road, which is a little noisy until late evening, but we still slept OK. There isn't a restaurant for lunch or dinner (just breakfast), but there are plenty of good restaurants around in the streets behind the hotel.

It's a great budget hotel close to the 9th pier. Lively neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants at the square.

Location is very good it gives you access to the whole city and there is a metro nearby takes to the airport directly. The services are great and people working there are friendly and very welcoming the rooms are good and equipped with necessary things and cleanliness is good

Perfect for the ferries at Piraeus. Very well priced. Rooms are clean and decent shower. Compact rooms, but given that most will just be using it as a base for one night, it's all you need. Breakfast buffet for €11 on 7th floor is good value with decent coffee. Lifts are a bit tight, but they work.

Not a super nice place not an awful place,rooms were pretty nice, bathrooms are quite nice, good place to stay for a night as a jumping off point for the island ferries,not a place to stay if you're visiting to be sight seeing Athens. Don't expect everywhere you go to be a nice clean area around there,like any big city its old tight,urban,diverse,congested & busy so yes it will not be super clean sometimes...

Stayed here during spring break and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms are small but nicely maintained, clean, and comfortable for a short stay. One drawback is the elevator - it’s very narrow and can barely fit four people, which can be inconvenient during busy times. The location is excellent - just a 5-6 minute walk to the harbor and ferry terminal, making it a great option for travelers...

I had to quickly find a hotel in Piraeus on Saturday night, coming over form Naxos, as my husband had been taken to a nearby hospital. The ladies on Reception were SO nice and helpful with perfect English. I am so grateful to them. I won't be the only person to find themselves in this situation - many hospitals close by! I stayed for more than two weeks, i experienced a great hospitality with a friendly stuff. Clean rooms with nice temperature and hot water , excellent service and food/ drinks . Affordable, clean, and close to cruise ship port which is what I needed. The room was smaller than one would expect in the USA but it is not the USA and it was cozy and had everything I needed. Nice authentic Greek restaurant on the corner with indoor and out door dining and when I was there some music as well. Great little hotel especially for the price

This is an adequate place to stay and very convenient if you have an early ferry to catch. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. However, our room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that it actually woke me up a few times. Overall ok for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised. After a long international flight, I found the hotel and thought it was great value for its category. It is located in a quiet residential area just off a main road, making it easy to reach and very close to the seaside. My room had a wonderful view of the city, with the Acropolis visible in the distance. The design was minimalist but everything was spotless and well maintained...

My daughter and I stayed here with a tour group. The staff was polite and attentive. The hotel lobby and our room were clean. We had dinner at the hotel, and it was mediocre. The hotel is in a quiet area. My only complaints would be the food and the fact that our mini slip (AC unit) was so dirty that it blew dust everywhere when we turned it on. You get what you paid for.

Very friendly staff. Room was suprisingly nice (excellent for 2-star hotel and this price). Towels and shampoo included. Small disadvantage is that second floor is under reconstruction but nothing that worsened our stay. I recommend this hotel (price/what you get), especially for college students.
