We stayed 5 nights. We all loved this hotel. The lobby atmosphere was very nice. The breakfast was great. Our room was 12th floor and the lift always came soon. The restaurant was a little bit pricy.

Nice location and good service

The hotel located in walking distance to subway, rooms are ok but I was disappointed by the hotel stuff, they was unfriendly who works in reception. First time I saw they forbid to make videos in the lobby, my mom was sad and feel uncomfortable. Swimming pool only till 7 pm, and u need to pay extra, no umbrellas there, but the view from swimming pool is really stunning.

the room size of the triple room is good enough for three persons; the rooftop bar provides a spectacular sunset view; breakfast is great! Staff are very nice, helpful, and professional.

Need big hotel signage at front

This hotel has an excellent location, metro station right in front as well as other transportation. The accomodation are regular ones, compensated by excellent breakfast service. The setback goes to cleanliness and facilities conditions.

Absolutely relaxing and quite hotel on the beach front with incredibly friendly staff. Martha, Yolanda, Evi and last but certainly not least, Katerina whose pleasant attitude could put a smile anybody's face, are all wonderful people. They are assets to the establishment. We would certainly recommend the hotel and would take the first opportunity to return.

I had a great stay at divani escape. The suite size was excellent for my wife who needs a walker. Excellent service from Katerina! Pool was small but perfect for us and breakfast was great. I would stay there again!

Staff tried for the most part to remedy situations but with great difficulty. Showers are outright dangerous, changing by itself from ice cold to piping hot. In both rooms, so not am isolated incident. Bathrooms not cleaned properly. Keys did not work multiple times. Bedding not comfortable. No turndown water, expe sive. Minibar for that class of hotel. Could hear the neighbor swxt door and above....

Hotel is advertised as having a swimming pool, it is only a pond rather than a swimming pool. Most of it is about 25cm deep based on the sign by its side and about 3 x 4m is 1.2 deep. How is this a swimming pool for a 5 star hotel? I tried to book in to the hotel next door, Divani Apollon Palace the moment we arrived and pay from my own pocket but there was nothing available. Beach is about 200m away...

Hotel is good very clean. Staffs are really nice! Location also very good.

Room was comfortable and cleaned after 2 days as per their procedure. Ideally there is a tea towel to wipe dry cleaned kitchen items or a place where to dry them.

I had requested an upgrade if possible to help celebrate our anniversary but no response initially received. The room is great, there is a swimming pool downstairs in the garden-style building, the breakfast is also good, the area is a safe area, the people living there are of higher standards, the price is reasonable, and it is not far from the beach, which is great!

I highly recommend this place. The room was very clean and beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had an excellent stay. It's about a 5-minute walk from the metro and train stations.

I stayed there a night until my flight the next day. Hotel was 1/2 way from downtown Athens to the airport and 8 mins walk to a mall. It was perfect considering the low price I paid for a Friday night. I didn’t need anything except a clean bed and shower and the mall to kill a couple of hours and grab a bite. Easy checkin. Asked for a noon check out which was accommodated.

I felt like the room could have been much cleaner but it wasn't the worst. Other than that, no complaints. Overall I give them a good rating.

Very friendly service, clean and nice relaxed vibe to the dining/lounge and pool areas. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and local eateries that were good value. We had two rooms and that were spacious and quiet.

It’s budget hotel with a twist. The really sad. Part, is that they charge for the water/coffee (no tea!?) in the room and the coffee in the breakfast is awful. Unless you pay for it , other than that it’s cute hotel with great balconies. Beware of noise around as it’s houses being built around.

The location is OK. There is a convenience store nearby. The room is spacious enough. The hygiene is OK. But there are no facilities available. There is a coffee shop in the lobby. There are also staff to help with early morning checkout.

The (#704) room was spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately, it connected with the neighboring room and had precisely zero soundproofing. The staff appeared to be aware it might be a problem, were apologetic, but did precisely nothing to remedy it.

Property was in great shape. I didn't receive the free bottle of wine. And the "free" parking was indeed free but very inconvenient finding it in the evening when it was dark. It was not at the hotel but about 3 blocks away.

The hotel was nice but dated. The aircon was freezing, regardless of what temperature it was set to. The buffet breakfast was a bit average. Left my bags/ jacket with concierge pre check in, and my jacket was very dirty upon return- looking as though it had been left on the floor. Staff were friendly.

My wife and I were travelling with our 18-month old twins. The hotel were extremely helpful, and couldn't do enough for us and our children. Highly recommended!

The property is located in a convenient location and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It would have been great to have the breakfast indoor or have some fans outside. A very spacious studio which was exceptionally clean and had all what you needed. On 2 occasions I had to call for assistance. The first was because I dropped a bottle of perfume on the bathroom floor and it smashed everywhere. I had nothing to clean it up with. The second time was because the toilet flush broke. Both call outs were dealt with almost instantly and were very professional.

the appartment was spotless, the service amazing and the rooftop pool just an amazing treat to see the acropolis and for a morning and evening swim.

Put some furniture on the balcony so it is possible the enjoy coffee / meals outside. The was not even a chair.

I recently stayed at Chroma Fashion Hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The room was very clean, well maintained, and nicely presented. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, which really made the stay pleasant and welcoming. Old TV system with mostly local TV channels which I don't understand. Will be good to upgrade it the TV system like other hotels that have casting solution that allow to stream from mobile phone to TV to watch youtube, netflix, etc.

The rooms were not in great shape. There was a hole in the wall of one of them, and several items seemed unfinished, or broken.

The decoration is quite new, but the bedding is quite old. Dinner was at a small restaurant diagonally across the street, not many choices. If you choose bread, there will be no fruit. I booked a double room, but there was no twin bed. I added 20 euros to upgrade to a twin bed.

It is not fancy but it was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. I might suggest a microwave oven would be a good idea.

Host very helpful and reactive. Help us quickly for the bag after a cruise so we can go and explore. Wakable from the cruise ship terminal but a bit of slope. Then we ask to organize an airport transfert and all was done and easy. 900 m from the metro and the walk even at night felt secure.

The location and price are the advantages of this property. You are close to the marinas and several restaurants. The room was very basic. It could have used some upgrades in the lighting and electric outlets available. We did enjoy the feel of staying in a local Greek neighborhood and not in a city hotel. We felt very safe in the area even when walking at nigjht.

Room itselt was increibly spacious and clean. Main issues were the wifi wasnt working and in turn the app to open the doors, it's relatively minor but needing to put in an 8 digit code for access 3 separate times is frustrating. Lift could also do with an update. Someone had left a door ajar further up so it wouldnt work. Overall, a good place in a convenient location within Pireaus.

We stayed in a family suite that had plenty of space and even a full kitchen. Convenient to the agora, walkable to places of interest. Breakfast ordered the night before and delivered in picnic baskets! Two showers and one toilet that’s in the living area but we worked it out. Good value to travel in December.

The disadvantages are also obvious, that is, the sharp corner of the cabinet above the stove and the height of the flat-panel stand above the TV are a visual blind spot for us Asians. We loved our stay at Kefalari Suites. The hotel itself is beautiful and rooms are so spacious and luxurious. The staff treated us so well and accommodated our extra requests. The area was perfect with so many dining options and shops less than a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!
