Amazing apartments very quiet and perfect for couples or families. Close enough to laganas zakynthos town and of course kalamaki so plenty to do staff were so helpful family run and helped us rent quads and do other activities. Unreal views too! Very reasonable price would totally come back

Lovely peaceful apartments, authentic greek room. Zoe and her MIL were so lovely. They went over and above to get gluten free bread for my friend. Always spoke when passing. Pool area was well kept and clean. There was lots of wasps but Zoe got some traps to try and aleveate issue.

Spent 5 days here in mid Sept and it was so peaceful, no getup and rush for sunbeds, turn up at anytime and there will be some available. Zoi and her family looked after us really well. Her Mum does a great job with the food.

Returned for a second stay at Dolce Vita Residence and it was even better than the first. If you’re looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, with a great pool and incredible views then this is the place for you. Zoi and the team were fantastic and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Already looking forward to our next visit.

For the second time coming back to dolce vita and it felt really like coming HOME !! The owner & staff from this hotel are by far the sweetest kindest persons I’ve ever met !! Thanks you so much and see you all next summer again !! the rooms are cleaned in detail every day, Breakfast is also perfectly prepared every day When you planned a Holiday in Kalamaki dolce vita is the place where you should stay !!

Lovely family run apartments, the staff are great and very welcoming. The apartments are not on the main strip however they are only 10-15 mins walk away. The complex is small and friendly and very peaceful, rooms are aptly equipped with everything you need and are cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels provided every other day. Small bar area serving drinks and a selection of food which is good value, there are trips and car hire etc available through the owner(which I wasn’t aware of when booking) pool area is lovely and has plenty of beds and never a rush to save any. Would definitely book again because of the friendly helpful staff, each and everyone of them are a credit to the business, thank you for your hospitality

Worst hotel Poor facilities They don’t care about your comfort . Just want money.not a good location. Room not very clean, bathroom very small. Ask you to do an early check out . They make you charge for using the AC Conditoner. Towels very bad quality

A wonderful week spent at Dolce Vita with our 3 kids. The apartment was basic but ideal for what we wanted, a base from which to explore. It is out of the town so quiet in the evenings but with a fantastic pool that the kids could go in straight from breakfast. Also perfect for a dip after a day exploring or at the beach. Never any problems getting sun beds and everyone was so helpful and accomodating, whether giving reccomendations or booking trips. We hired a car so going to Lidl was easy but there is a small shop and a fantastic bakery a few minutes walk. A perfect holiday where we were able to switch off.

My name is Tamicka and I stayed at Dolce vita residence it was an amazing time as I met the hosts named Joy and her family who made us feel comfortable as a black family and we felt like we knew them for along time. The place was tidy and clean and breakfast was excellent and freshy cooked. Would recommend Dolce vita to families who want to have a great time

Zoe welcomed us when we arrived, she was very pleasant and gave us all the information we needed, she can also sort out car hire, boat trips etc. The accommodation was nice and clean, the pool was lovely and cleaned every day, it's a 20 minute walk to the centre of kalamaki but a nice walk. Very peaceful location no noise at night. They also have a snack bar very reasonable prices, for breakfast and lunch. As there is only 12 apartments there were enough sunbeds to go round and the pool can be quite quiet at times. Taxi to and from the centre of kalamaki €8.
