A truly refined and well-balanced hotel experience.
The sea view is beautiful and relaxing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offers an excellent variety with quality products.
The location is ideal, close to everything while still maintaining a calm and enjoyable atmosphere.
What really elevates the experience, however, is the staff — professional, attentive, and genuinely warm, which is something you don’t always find.
Everything feels well thought out and properly executed.
This is how hospitality should be done. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. It’s very convenient—just about an hour’s drive from Athens—which made getting there easy. The highlight for us was the water park, which is perfect for kids and kept them happily entertained throughout our stay.

Our only negative experience was when speaking with the reservations department before our arrival. Unfortunately, the representative we dealt with was rude and unprofessional. Thankfully, this seemed to be an isolated incident. Once we arrived, the service at the hotel, restaurant, and bar was excellent. The staff were warm, helpful, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Beautiful hotel, neat and modernistic decor.
Very clean, daily towel change, and room cleaning service.
The all-inclusive food, and drinks has a wide selection.
The beach is clean and tidy, there are always sunbeds available.
The staff, especially at the pool bar, are always helpful and smiling.
Maybe the staff in the restaurant, some of them were disinterested and rude, but that doesn't change my opinion of all the other good things offered at the hotel.

We spent 3 days in that Hotel with my family(3 kids) and all I could say is that the experience was very nice. All inclusive package and the highlight was the food! I can express my best for the food because the quality and quantity was beyond expectations. All I can say is a big bravo for that.
Apart from that, room was very clean and new, with very good design and space enough for my big family.
All stuff was polite and helpful. Overall was a great stay there and definitely recommend it to anyone.
The only thing that we didn't like was the pool schedule because it closes at 18:00.

Very good hotel, all inclusive, the children had a lot of fun 🥳

Last year, we came with several families on Whitsunday and found them very friendly to our dog. This year, we organized 5 families to stay for 2 nights. Until the dinner time on the second day, a male waiter in the restaurant came to ask us to sit outside with the dog. If the dog cannot be in the restaurant, please write it in the hotel introduction. We deliberately chose a hotel that allows pets, so it should be pet-friendly. After this incident, we will not choose your hotel again. Last year, we also stayed for 3 nights and did not let us go out to eat. This time, the first 2 days were normal. It was so hot that our dog's feet were burned, and they did not let us eat indoors. It was a bit unreasonable.

We did not book this hotel but, like a number of English holidaymakers, were transferred from others we presumed were closed as the season staggered to an end. We were lucky as we had 36 hours’ notice: others were told on arrival at Athens airport! As this had given us time to read the reviews on TripAdvisor, we were quite concerned at what we would find but I’m pleased to say it was a wholly positive experience. We were in bungalow 426, a clean, comfy base. Reception staff were pleasant and efficient, as were all front-line members. The hotel was quiet - certainly not much more than one-third full - and this was to our advantage. There were no queues at meal times, no dishes ran short, and most were warm, if not always hot. Served buffet-style, the menu was pretty stable but we managed a different combination on six occasions. The standard was good and we were very pleased. With so few residents, there were plenty of free sun beds around the pool and on the beach; whilst the music was non-stop, the volume was appropriate, unobtrusive and from our era - the ‘60s and early ‘70s!! The town is a twenty minutes stroll away along the beach front with a wide range of shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and, in similar circumstances, would recommend in to all.
