The Margi in Athens

My favourite hotel in Athens, by far. I love everything about this hotel from staff friendliness, courtesy, professionalism to the incredible breakfast and excellent restaurants. The spa, sauna and gym are perfect. I mean absolutely perfect!

One of my favourite hotels ever! Nice boutique hotel with amazing amenities in an ideal location. The pool area is what you see when you arrive. Relaxing, inviting. The rooms are well kept and nicely stocked with comfort food and drink. The spa is included and is a quiet sanctuary not to be missed.

Located in the lovely Athenian suburb of Voulemani, beaches are just a short walk away as is the spectacular marina. It is a great place to stay in it’s own right but for us it provided a nice stopping off point after a long airline flight prior to further travels starting at the cruise ship port. Pricing is reasonable and you will love the comfortable feel of this family run operation. Bravo!!

Amazing choice of hotel for a family travelling with a baby. Attentive and service minded staff especially the breakfast team took really good care of us. The food and drinks held very high standard and the room was clean and quiet at night.

The place is excellent, clean, and has a good location, but it is about 40 minutes away from downtown. It is close to the Four Seasons and 5-star restaurants.

I stayed at the Margi for one night in transit between the Cyclades and my flight out of Athens. The service from all staff members was impeccable, but I particularly appreciated the wait staff at Malabar. Our server at dinner gave us some excellent recommendations that led to a delicious and very satisfying meal. I took advantage of the spa services and it was one of the most comfortable spa experiences I've had - the lockers were equipped with everything I needed to move around the spa in comfort - no second guessing how things operated. My room was delightful: clean, comfortable, well stocked with basic necessities and some little extras, and equipped with a charming balcony with a view of the sea. I was traveling with a friend, but I noticed many families with small children and I think my own child would have had a blast there. I will absolutely be returning the next time my travels take me through Athens. It is approximately 20-30 minutes away from the city center, but taxis typically showed up within 5 minutes and it was nice to be away from the crowds at the end of a long trip.

The room is clean and tidy. The room service is very good. They deliver water and two chocolates every day. The taxi service is also very good. The outdoor swimming pool is even more beautiful.

Excellent hotel located to the beautiful south cost of Athens walking distance from the beach. Very tasteful local dishes are provided to the hotel restaurant. Very friendly personnel.

I was at the hotel for a conference, but I did not stay overnight. I used the restaurant for both lunch and dinner, and their dishes never disappointed me. The location of the hotel is excellent, with the only drawback being the very small parking lot.

Very nice pool area with a great bartender. Tiny pool though and not very attentive staff.
Rooms are good, nice standard and the whole hotel as such feels good and comfortable.
The food is very good and so is the breakfast. Close to the beaches.

The service is very good, and it is very clean. It is conveniently located about 100 meters from the beach. The breakfast is well received and delicious.
