We stayed 4 days here and before arrival , I had pretty high excitement about this place looking at the photos of this place. However, sadly the experience here was disappointing. Starting from the positive side, the reception staff was excellent and accommodating and the room was pretty clean, well maintained. The view from the room was amazing and they had private beach which was nice.

However, the big problem we had was with restaurant, the beach restaurant next to the pool. We couldn’t believe the extent of unpleasantness and rudeness from the staffs, especially this lady whom I don’t remember her name. We had diner reservation and were seated pretty far from the main areas. This female waitress took our orders , got the wrong order of drink to start with. Another server brought appetizer which my husband initially thought he brought wrong dish because he said “ tacos” instead of actually name of the salad that had similar name . However, it took her 40 min to come back and clarify , not she didn’t apology but she really had pissy attitude like she is upset because of us or kitchen. We couldn’t believe it. Not just that, it took one hour for the main dish to come out. We cancelled another drink and dish which they never brought and left the restaurant.

This might not be 5 star hotel but the service a the restaurant is worse than 2 star or less. I wonder if the management team is different from the hotel because the hotel had great service.

Another downside was the bed was pretty soft and had lack of support. My husband ended up having back pain, sleeping in this uncomfortable mattress.

Overall, if I think about potential coming back to Skopelos and pick hotel to stay, I would avoid this place because of horrible service at the restaurant and uncomfortable bed.

Fantastic hotel with beautiful sea views. Easily accessible by sea if that is your thing (they can even shuttle you by boat straight from Skiathos airport). Location, location, location : secluded high up but within walking distance of the little town of Panormos, there if you need it, but why would you leave ? Beautiful accommodation, great breakfasts, fantastic restaurants with quality food (surprisingly NOT overpriced) and beautiful, kind staff everywhere, at reception, at the pool and pool bar, servicing the house, serving you meals with a smile. Thank you Antonis, Kleinti, Erik, ... You are great at what you do and thanks to you people return night after night instead of leaving the hotel for dinner, I am convinced that management realises this. We will most certainly be back. This is Greece and Greek hospitality at its best. Stay here if you can !

We stayed here for a week and thought the staff were excellent, going above and beyond the usual service. One of our party had a knee problem but the hotel provided a driver in a buggy to take us too/ from reception the pool and restaurant plus the bus stop. The bus does stop right outside the hotel. Particularly want to praise Alexandra. She was so helpful

Set in a stunning location, with the most fabulous views from every room, the position of this hotel would be hard to beat. The rooms (we had a two bedroom villa) are immaculate, modern and comfortable with great aircon and spacious en-suite bathrooms. As other reviews have mentioned, the showers are a little unpredictable, flitting from searingly hot to freezing cold, due to water pressure issues, but a small thing easily managed with perseverance and vigilance. There is a coffee maker and a fridge in each room, with bottled water supplied daily, and daily housekeeping with towel & linen changes. Robes weren’t provided, as advertised, which was a shame, but toiletries were nice and there were slippers. The sea-water pool was lovely and quiet (though in need of a bit of TLC to replace missing tiles etc) & the lifeguard was an absolute delight, keeping an eye on safety whilst ensuring guests were well looked after. I really enjoyed chatting to her each day. There is a small, pebble beach with plenty of sunbeds and parasols to go around, and a drinks and snacks service from the beach bar directly to your sunbed - so spoiled!! The water is warm and crystal clear and the beach is awarded a coverted blue flag. Breakfast was absolutely adequate - not the enormous choice you get in some big hotels, but plenty, and great omelettes and pancakes cooked fresh to order. The lunch and dinner restaurants were good, again in lovely settings, with a reasonable choice of dishes & you can also walk into Panormos (about 10 minutes away) and go to several beachside tavernas for a lovely evening meal beside the water. One drawback at Adrina Redort was the absence of a bar to enjoy an evening drink, other than in the restaurant where everyone is eating. We found this quite unusual for a high end hotel, and it does limit evening activities. It would have been good to meet friends and family there, relax after your day, have a drink, chat, play cards etc., but there isn’t really anywhere to go to socialise in the evenings. But this is a very quiet place, with a family focus, and I guess not geared up for those looking for bars / evening entertainment etc.. Service is generally good throughout the resort, though there was certainly a sense that Greek guests (I would guess possibly the majority of the clientele) were favoured / prioritised over those from the U.K. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed, but everyone was polite nonetheless. We were disappointed that staff on a number of occasions monopolised the ‘funicular’ lift (the only way of getting from the bottom to the top of the resort set into a steep hill, except for a lot of steps) leaving us waiting for some time, despite seeing that we were approaching / waiting. In a resort where customer service is key, I would have expected staff would to have stepped aside to let guests ride. Again, only a small thing, but it just niggled. In summary, if you are looking for a beautiful setting and clean, comfortable surround

Adrina Resort & Spa was perfect for our family of 5. The 2 bedroom villa was brilliant and spotlessly clean. The location is stunningly beautiful. The beach was amazing with the clearest and bluest sea I’ve ever seen. We loved the relaxed vibe. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved spending 7 days here.

The entire staff was incredibly kind, and I’d especially like to mention the waiter Kostas for his outstanding service. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, with a stunning sea view. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, and everything was spotlessly clean. The food was excellent, both at breakfast and dinner. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Amazing holiday spent at the Adrina resort and spa. The hotel was spotless comfy rooms . Delicious breakfast and the staff went above and beyond to help and were so friendly. The hotel has a fenicular that takes you down to breakfast, restaurants, pool and the beach. The private beach and pool have free sun beds and towels. The restaurants have a good selection of food and drink at reasonable prices. The drive from airport to hotel is about 30 minutes and cost our family off 5 in a mini bus 60euros . A taxi from Skopolos town to the hotel is 25 euros. We highly recommend staying there. If you want a relaxing holiday with the most stunning views and beautiful clear blue waters. You will not be disappointed.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The Most Memorable Stay – Again and Again!

This was our second time staying at Adrina Beach Hotel, and it’s safe to say it won’t be our last—we’re already looking forward to many more visits. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s a sanctuary of warmth, beauty, and world-class hospitality.

From the moment we arrived—both times—we were treated not like guests, but like family. On our very first visit, we arrived by taxi boat, and to our surprise, the owner Yanos himself met us at the dock. He didn’t just greet us—he welcomed us with genuine warmth, had us seated at the beachfront restaurant immediately, and insisted we enjoy dinner before even checking in. That gesture set the tone for everything that makes Adrina special.

During this recent stay, the level of service and attention to detail was just as exceptional. The entire crew deserves credit for creating a relaxing and elegant environment—from the front desk to the restaurant staff, housekeeping, and beyond. But we want to give special thanks to Marios, who always went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable, anticipating every need with a smile and heartfelt care.

And of course, Yanos—thank you again for the kind energy you bring to every corner of this hotel. Your presence and leadership are felt everywhere, and it’s no wonder your team reflects that same positive spirit.

The hotel itself is stunning—crystal-clear water, serene beach access, charming architecture nestled into the hillside, and a level of cleanliness and maintenance that shows just how much love goes into keeping this place immaculate.

If you’re considering a trip to Skopelos, look no further. Adrina Beach Hotel is a true gem. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place to return to, again and again.

With heartfelt thanks,
Alexander K. & Family

Where to start...the island of Skopelos, or Adrina Resort & Spa? Either way, both are absolutely stunning and surpassed our wildest dreams. Why go to the Caribbean or the Maldives when you have this peaceful and tranquil haven only a 4 hour flight away from home. Prior to our holiday, we decided to splash out and arrive in style by getting the resort to book a taxi for us from the airport to Skiathos port, and a high speed water taxi direct to Adrina. Talk about money well spent, no waiting 2 hours for the ferry to Glossa, we were literally at the Adrina within half an hour. Well recommended. On arrival we were greeted on the pontoon by the hotel staff and helped with our bags to reception via the nifty funicular lift they have in place. To our surprise we were instantly upgraded to a villa, which was a definite bonus, thank you to Vasilis. The villa itself was spotlessly clean with lovely modern decor, and cleaned everyday (which included a new bottle of water in the fridge each day as well). The bed and pillows were lovely and comfy, and the air-con works like a dream. Safe, tea/coffee, slippers, iron, hairdryer...you name it, it was all there. Lovely powerful shower too. The beach is pretty much private to the Adrina Resort, and is as idyllic as it gets...lovely clean course sand/shingle and crystal clear water which just draws you in. The sunbeds are provided by the resort and free to use, and there are plenty to go around at the pool or the beach (no towel reserving going on here thank goodness). Don't forget your snorkel and mask, well worth bringing (oh...and beach shoes for the pebbles). We booked half-board, and I have to say the food in the restaurant was of a very high standard. You can also eat at the Adrina Beach taverna. Thank you to Kostas, and the two Antonis, who were great characters and deserve to be recognised for their hard work and customer service. After spending a wonderful couple of days on the beach relaxing and unwinding we decided to hire a car for two days and see some of the island. Again, this was all organised for us by Vasilis at reception. Notable places I would recommend getting out and about to see: - Skopelos Town - Glossa Town - Loutraki Port - Milia Beach - Perivoliou Beach and Lighthouse - Agnontas Town, Port & Beach - Panormos Town (literally 15 min walk from Adrina) - Agios IoannisChurch (think Mamma Mia) Remember, always take your swimming stuff wherever you go, as that crystal clear water will for sure lure you in! There is only one problem with the Adrina...you won't want to leave! We will definitely be back to Skopelos and the Adrina, only next time for longer.
