Perfect location! We took the metro from the airport to the hotel and didn't need to use public transport again after that. Everything was within walking distance. The room was lovely, clean, and well-decorated. The staff were attentive and very friendly. I highly recommend it!

Stayed at the hotel at the 2 weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice boutique hotel and a hip part of town. Excellently placed to walk and enjoy all of Athens main sites. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed and the staff were excellent. Not a great area to find parking easily if you are driving though. Thank you everyone for a great stay.

This hotel was amazing! It is in a great location with amazing restaurants at your doorstep. The staff were so kind to let us check in early and the room was so beautiful and clean. We can’t wait to stay here again

Overall very good location in the center and the room felt very clean.
However one big problem was that our shower was completely blocked, the water was not moving down at all and there was no separator between the shower and the rest of the room.
As a result we had to stuff every towel possible to keep the water from not going all around our room, and even then it was not possible.
I don’t understand how this was missed if the shower was cleaned.
That was my main concern, and the fact that the hotel was sending me messages in WhatsApp without asking me for permission first, to propose private transport from the airport.

L'Avventura Athens is perfectly located in the city and will allow you to walk almost anywhere to the main attractions of Athens (10-20 minutes walk).
Location is key, room were comfortable and clean.

Cleaning Ladies were so friendly and double-checked on me to make sure I had all I needed. Front desk were very friendly and helpful especially Nora and Anna. There are a lot of great restaurants right under the building (try Atlantikos and kalamakia o Elvis) it is great for days you do not feel like going far.

I would return to this property or their sister one next door if I am ever in athens.

Quiet street but very close to the historical sights. Everything was clean and modern and the staff very pleasant.

Location is good for walking to the sights. Right next to a fish restaurant, transfer couldn’t get to the hotel , so had to walk with our bags through this very busy fish restaurant. Reception was on the 3rd floor. Elevator extremely small enough for 2 people or 2 large pieces of luggage. Our stay was OKAY, we asked for late checkout at 1pm since we were leaving Athens that day. This hotel will store your luggage if needed.
