Alexandrina in Kassandra

The place was beautiful and really peaceful. The people who work there are very helpful and willing to satisfy all your demands!
I realy had a worderful time there and i recomand this place to others!

Just from the start, I want to say that we had a very great time here. It was very peacefull and quiet, just as we wanted when searching for a place to stay when in Greece.

The place 🏠

The place is beautiful, with its trees, green lawn and the big yard that also serves as a private parking space. That was a plus for us. Also, there is an olive trees plantation that adds to the charm of the accomodation.

The room was spacious enough for us, with all the amenities you would expect in this price range. The bed was comfy and the furniture from the room was spacious enough to put our things for a 10-day vacation. Also, it included a balcony, from where we could see the sea 🌊

A greatly appreciated touch we feel it should be mentioned is that the cleaning was done daily, with clean towels provided everyday 💯

The food… Ah, the food… 🍲🍛🤤

For the breakfast, we had a good variety of produce which to choose from. As for lunch and dinner, they could also be served at the location.

Everything we tried was very delicious and nicely cooked. You should definetely try the greek specialties and the salads from the menu, as they are the way to an authentic taste of greek cuisine.

As a side note, my favourites were the mushroom cream soup, the green salad, moussaka and papoutsaki.

The sea and the beach 🌊☀️🌅

The private beach with the sunbeds was a great way to spend our lazy days. The water was clean, warm and the entry wasn’t steep, so in my opinion it should also be great for families with kids.

The people 👫

There cannot be enough words to thank them for the great service and company that they provided. They were very attentive, polite and friendly and provided recomandations on where and how to spend our time when going sightseeing or for time of leisure. These were highly appreciated.

Places to see nearby 📸📹

There are nice places you can visit while staying here, as they are in a very reasonable distance and they shouldn’t be missed. One of this places is Afytos, with it’s stone paved streets, filled with lots of little shops and restaurants and a spectacular view from the belvedere area.

You should definetely pick this as your accomodation if you are looking for good food, good mood and a great service. I can confidently say that you’ll not regret your choice!

As for us, we will definetely make a comeback here next time and, who knows, maybe we will be neighbors 😁

A secluded location that offers an airy view of the sea. It has a restaurant where you can serve breakfast, lunch or dinner. Not everything is perfect because the tastes are debatable, but the effort the owners make to provide everything go well is appreciable. As strong points, I would specify the cleanliness (the room is cleaned daily), the view, the parking, the free sunbeds on the beach, the beach itself, the room size, the kindness and dedication of the staff. The beaches on the western side of the Kassandra peninsula are much freer, wilder and the water is much cleaner.

The best hotel we have stayed in so far!
Since we arrived the staff, which consists of 4 family members, took care of us perfectly. The room was tidy and clean and the area was like made for relax from everyday’s struggles. Also, the mattrasses were excellent and it provided great comfort and sleep.
Heads up to the main chef because the cuisine was amazing, we picked an option with breakfast which included variety of food, mainly Greek products. We tried out different Greek meals and desserts for dinner during our stay and the owners use their own olive oil for its preparation! Don’t miss out on such a chance of trying out the hotel’s restaurant. Moreover, the reception guys were truly kind and helpful, plus they speak number of languages. The beach is close by just a 100m walk down the hill. Actually, it was one of the best beaches on the peninsula. The beach was mainly sandy with few pebbles and is suitable for children because the water is getting deeper continuosly (you could stand on your feet even 20-30m from the shore). The water and the beach were clean without any bar which could disrupt its calmness. Another advantage is that the sunbeds are included in the price of apartment, so there are no additional fees. The location of the hotel is just perfect for exploring the rest of the area since it is located in the middle of the Kassandra peninsula. In case we wanted to rent 2 sunbeds + umbrella on other beaches it costs 20€ and more, so sometimes you just save more money by remaining at the local beach with sunbeds free of charge. At last, there was a large parking spot in front of the hotel, so no worries about getting any scratches on a car.
To sum up, we recommend this hotel for those who seek relax and aim for more pieceful areas. Still you can get to the centres of few towns nearby for a night life in 10 minutes drive.
