Nice hotel in Central Argostoli. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast was simple and lovely and we were greeted every morning with Rosa's beautiful smile. Room was super and housekeeping staff did a great job. The room felt fresh and clean everyday. Thoroughly recommended.

The reception and breakfast areas of this hotel are extremely modern and well decorated. The rooms however are old and dated. We have stayed in the hotel before so had no difficulty in choosing to go again. In fact we had the same room overlooking the cruise pier and harbour. Good, spotless room with lovely balcony. Breakfast is downstairs - good variety of hot and cold food and pastries. We ate in a courtyard but you could have taken your breakfast upstairs to watch the scene.

The place of the apartment is excellent. It is maximum 500 meter from the city center. We didn’t face any problem during our journey.

We stayed for a week, we really recommend peace... always very clean, white marble that stands out... even if the doors and furnishings are a little dated except for the new kitchenette... a nice big fridge... it's expected daily change of towels always scented and midweek change of sheets...I also found clothes pegs, detergent and sponge for dishes since there is an equipped kitchenette, excellent...

I suspect this place used to do quite well but has passed its prime. Their website stated that they offer breakfast, but the receptionist informed us that they haven't offered breakfast in ten years. I stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and shower has really good pressure. Beds are not very comfortable but good enough for a short amount of time. Great location, a 10 min into town where there are load sof restaurants and shops.

It was a very nice apartment with amenities 4 children and we were very comfortably clean with everything necessary. It had a beautiful view from the balcony and Mrs. Maria was very helpful, friendly, smiling and if I needed to she ran immediately. I highly recommend it !!!!

The hotel is in a good place and you can be in 5 minutes by walk in the city center where can go out for dinner or drink something. The hotel is clean and the stuff is more than polite to us. We where here for 5 days and we would do it again. They also recommend good places to visit. Thank you!

Great location, clean rooms and common areas, amazing fresh prepared breakfast (need to get early though, sometimes food is not replenished). Stuff is very kind, helpful and trying their best to ensure you have an amazing experience!

This is a beautiful hotel! In a perfect location, very clean, the staff so helpful, kind and friendly and they serve a generous breakfast. We will happily stay again and recommend to everyone !

I totally recommend it! First of all, they upgraded our revervation without extra cost. The room view was wonderful, very clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very polite and eager to help us and provide us with info about the island. The highlight of the experience was the exceptional breakfast with a wide variety of traditional greek products.

Great location, very clean , breakfast and outside seating is just perfect . I left my Sunglasses there and they reached out to me and mailed it to m I have stayed there twice..10 minutes to the Costa Beach and 20 min to the airport. Walk to the shops banks, restaurants.

Good breakfast, the room is not as big as the picture though. However, its location is super! Right in the center of the town.

Just stopped by for a chat with and coffee from the lovely Margarita, the cheerful friendly member of staff who got us some good coffee and yummy free cake! The hotel is across from the marina in Argostoli is a great place to watch the world go by.

Nice place out of small crouded cities, not very far from Argostoli by car. Spasmata beach is walking distance with blue flag, very nice sunset and you can stay on beach up to 9pm. Owners were very friendly and helpfull for any information. Stone houses are very interesting, two floor style, wooden and clean. Every apartment has outdoor to stay in garden.

I've come to Greece many times over the years, but this is my favorite place to stay and my favorite island. Terra Mare Resort is "simple luxury" with an owner (Nicos) who cares. The large property has trees full of oranges, lemons and loquats, an amazing pool and overlooks beautiful Livadi Bay. Lixouri town is only a few minutes away by car and a ferry across the bay to Argostoli is only 3 euros....

We enjoyed our stay at this place more than we would have ever expected. It was mainly due to the owner, Nicos, who is a kind, charismatic and skillful man with a big heart. The accommodation is set in large grounds where everyone can find their privacy and own cosy, tidy and clean room. The curtains can create complete darkness during the night and it's possible to use the AC on a hot summer day...

Nikos, the owner, was extremely accommodating from start to finish. Our flight was delayed meaning we arrived at the hotel at 2:30am yet Nikos stayed up to ensure we arrived safe and sound. What a great Hotel with Nikos as your host who couldn't do enough to make your stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is basic but the rooms have all the facilities that you require including air conditioning in the bedrooms. We were not supposed to be staying at the hotel but so glad we did. If you are on the island pay Nikos a visit and I am sure he will look after you .

Clean room, very friendly staff (special mention for Nikos and his lovely daughter), very tasty typical Greek food! Garden and pool are a plus (especially in long hot summer days)! I will definitely recommend and come back!
