Very nice staff and beautiful balconies. Walk to hotel from the town center is a but uphill but the view is great. One issue though- the wifi was very slow, and this was in the off season without a lot of users.

The place of the apartment is excellent. It is maximum 500 meter from the city center. We didn’t face any problem during our journey.

I suspect this place used to do quite well but has passed its prime. Their website stated that they offer breakfast, but the receptionist informed us that they haven't offered breakfast in ten years. I stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and shower has really good pressure. Beds are not very comfortable but good enough for a short amount of time. Great location, a 10 min into town where there are load sof restaurants and shops.

It was a very nice apartment with amenities 4 children and we were very comfortably clean with everything necessary. It had a beautiful view from the balcony and Mrs. Maria was very helpful, friendly, smiling and if I needed to she ran immediately. I highly recommend it !!!!

This hotel and its staff are absolute gems. We have returned on 3 September from having 10 days there. The room is beautifully designed and a really comfortable base for a holiday in Argostoli. The apartments are close by argostoli town, 30-35 min walk although it is a dark walk at night with no lights- can use phone light or taxi on way back.

We had a wonderful stay here, the view across the bay is truly stunning, the poolside breakfast is delicious, and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We usually stay at the Grand Hotel which is just a few doors down the waterfront, but decided to try the Argostoli Mare Suite instead. A great decision as it has the same wonderful outlook, but more spacious rooms, in our case a suite, and is perfectly situated to enjoy all of Argostoli town without a car. Very nice apartments on the hill, a 10-minute drive from Argostoli, run by a very kind and helpful lady. She provided us with an umbrella and rackets. This is the only place we have ever returned to, went twice in 2024 and booked again for June 2025. we love it. Lassi is just down the road and plenty of eating and drinking places. Argostoli is a short taxi ride away and pretty lively. I would advise anyone seeing negative views to ignore them.

The hotel is basically OK. There's no swimming pool but we didn't expect one. The staff are friendly and polite. However, we had to request clean sheets, which weren't provided over the 7 days ! We holidayed with TUI in August and stayed at Lagoon View Apartments. The location is fairly remote with beautiful surroundings and views. I just had short stay with my son and was met with a warm welcome from Petros and his team..the apartments are clean, comfortable and have everything you need. We had a lovely 2 week holiday on the island of Kefalonia, myself, my husband and my 18 year old son. Zest is suitauated on the peninsular and is a lovely quiet place. Petros and family made us incredibly welcome, going out of their way to make my birthday special. We had a large apartment with lounge and balcony. This was well equipped and very clean, with regular visits from the cleaner. The breakfasts we really good value with continental, hot options as well as sweat treats and drinks.

Menia and Theodore were exceptional hosts. The apartment was cleaned daily (bins emptied, floors cleaned, bathroom cleaned and beds made). They checked on us continually to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend and know where to book in future.

In the heart of the square- conveniently located to walk to restaurants, shops, harbor and a small beach- this small - but larger than most in the area - hotel offered European flair. Just back from a wonderful week in Fiscardo, Kefalonia. We stayed at the Balhambra Suites, a small adult only block located at the heart of this beautiful resort. You really could not hope for a better location. The apartment was lovely, very clean, and serviced daily. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend, and would definitely stay again.

When I first stayed at Fiscardonna, I remember the kindness of getting a few bottles of water and even one of the local wines. This time I didn’t get anything but the room is still absolutely gorgeous.

Charming Fiscardo Boutique Hotel Location is amazing. Room was super clean, nice bed and sheets and very spacious room. Location in the middle of town was quiet and peaceful. Hotel Service was great. Hara was great. There is no outdoor sitting area for hotel guests except roof which was not comfortable. But the town is right below with wonderful places to sit by the port and relax.

The lady at the reception was very helpful with whatever we needed. The only negative was when we first arrived we had to bring our luggage down a flight of stairs. The hotel was well positioned to enjoy the many restaurants at night and take a walk along the water.

Hotel room was lovely and clean and service. Overall good ! If only pick at the safety of our room for children in the mezzanine room. The stairs had rope as decoration but not secure enough to use as a handrail and upstairs where the children’s room the window didn’t lock !! This hotel is wonderful, the staff make you feel so welcome. The rooms are very comfortable, each having a beautiful view of gardens or the sea. The breakfast was perfectly balanced, lunch was good too on the odd occasion we ate there. There’s no evening dinner option but there’s a taverna within walking distance nearby. Make sure you book early!

Had booked the hotel initially on the outstanding reviews but leading up the trip had got a little nervous with a couple of mixed comments however we had a brilliant week and so glad we chose the Almyra Hotel. Rooms were very nice, Elena (owner) was so friendly and helpful, as were all the staff, breakfast was good quality, nice location with a 15 min walk to the beach or town which we did several...

The hotel is super. We had a wonderful stay. We had a roof top executive suite and a double room with sea view. Both of which were great. The hotel has a perfect view. Breakfast was good for us. The communal areas were nice and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool much as we prefer the beach (Emblisi) but it was lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back.

Almya Hotel is a lovely boutique hotel (25 rooms?) just outside of Fiskardo Village (about a 15 to 20 minute walk down the hill - a taxi (5 Euros) or hotel shuttle is recommended coming back). We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others if you're looking for laid back holiday and within striking distance to the numerous high quality restaurants, bars and cafes on the harbour side...

The hotel is situated a little outside of Fiscardo with fabulous views across the bay. It’s about a 20 minute walk down hill into town which is quite pleasant, however as there no pavement don’t really recommend doing this in the dark or in the heat of the day. The hotel does run a shuttle bus but only in the evenings which was a little disappointing despite the information displayed in the hotel stating...

Our wedding was perfect!! It was the most magical location and the food was phenomenal!! We are so grateful for the support from the hotel. Special thanks to Theodorakis who helped everything run smoothly on the day.

This is an amazing family run hotel and quirky. The rooms are small, very dated in their design and dark but always perfectly clean. We would go back at the drop of a hat but see if we can get a modern room

Loved the hotel, and one of the nicest pools I’ve seen. Excellent facilities around the pool for relaxing and drinking. Wonderful area taking you to the sea (much warmer than the pool) with chairs screwed into the rocks. Beautiful blue water with little fish mooching around your feet. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. We just off a 10 day cruise and we needed a place to unwind and relax. Great room and property, the food was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel.

Nature like stay The property was amazing feels very private and integrated to nature.

A really really good hotel with great facilities. The pools, the restaurant, the breakfasts, the nearby beaches, the quality of the beds, the helpful annd friendly staff, etc. all very very good and a great place to relax. The only downside is that it has some visitors with loud grating accents. And it could do with more sun-bed space by the pool, as often “full up” later in the day

Had a lovely two weeks stay in September 2025. The apartment we stayed in was roomy, clean and had everything we needed including a good spacious balcony and was Cleaned on a regular basis. The Breakfast was lovely and Kate and Penny were always on hand to help in anyway they could. The Apollo restaurant which is part of the Apartments served excellent food . We Could not have asked for any better...

Spent a week in the 2 bed apartment & couldn't fault it tbh. Clean, functional, spacious, and with the lovely Apollo Taverna at the front. 10 minute stroll into Alykes centre so perfect after dinner to walk home & chat. Overall a great base to explore and enjoy Alykes. Thank you to all for a lovely week.

Great spacious studio with comfy beds limited cooking facilities but with a fabulous restaurant and pool bar on site who wants to cook!! It's a 8/10 minutes stoll to town centre which is more than doable. Host's were friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble. The studio would benift from a clothes drier to hang wet towels on rather than over the balcony. All in all a great stay

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 week holiday staying at the Aphrodite studio and apartments.. and all we can say is wow... the apartment was immaculate, very well equipped, bedding and towels where changed very frequently..and big thing for us was that air conditioning was already included in the room..our apartment had views of the mountains, the salt flats and also the sea.. its location...

Fantastic suites and Studios. We stayed in a luxury suite with private jacuzzi and sea view. Host left fruit, bread, milk, tea and coffee , snacks on arrival. Greatly appreciated. Restaurant downstairs serves delicious home cooked Greek cuisine and other dishes. We ate their for 3 nights!! The complex is spotless and the pool bar is fab with mountain views. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay at Kanela Studios, thanks Marios, Giorgos and Clare. We chose the studio because they have the most amazing shower rooms! They did not disappoint with the best power shower I've ever experienced on a Greek island. The bed had a fabulous king size memory foam mattress which was very comfortable. The little kitchen had everything you needed for basic catering and the fridge was huge to keep...

Our first and certainly not the last time at Kanela studios. The location is impeccable right off the main street(but never noisy). 50 yards (all flat) from the beach. We had a ground floor studio and could see the sea from our outside space. Beautifully decorated studios and the most modern bathroom i have ever seen in Greece. Spotlessly clean, space cleaned daily and bedding /towels changed ever...

Just returned home from an 8 night stay at Kanela and what a wonderful relaxing time we had. The brothers Giorgos and Marios have created a beautiful and homely place and genuinely make you feel at home, always on hand if you need anything. The gorgeous beach was a minute walk away and in a great position on the road for plenty of bars and restaurants and the supermarket. The bed was big and comfy...

Absolutely beautiful accommodation. So much detail, created with so much care and attention to detail. Fantastic hosts, Location perfect for the beach. Also as in the main street to the front, plenty of bars and restaurants a few minutes away. As a solo traveller the economy room was perfect for my few days stay in Alykes. Had everything could possibly need.
