Just arrived back after a weeks holiday . Hotel was very clean, the food was also good especially the Italian restaurant.bar staff were excellent.beach is next to hotel and all the pools are well maintained.the only thing that lets the hotel down is people always on the phone in the restaurant and bar area when you can hear both sides of the conversation

Do read this to the end. Our room was v good. But it was in a block with undisciplined kids banging the heavy doors over & over again & screaming & rushing along the corridor & setting off the fire alarms. Then the new arrivals & the drunks came in late at night. As the doors are so heavy they bang loudly & it echoes. It was unbearable. Joe the Manager was marvellous. He said people are being warned to respect other people at night when they arrive. And the doors will be fixed. But they moved us to a villa over the other side of the complex and, oh, the difference! We had a private pool & the main pool there has its own bar, with a restaurant opening soon. And the doors shut quietly! Well worth paying a bit extra for. Our daughter & granddaughter loved the hotel's amenities, pools, entertainment etc. As a Food & Travel Writer, I've stayed in many places. But the buffet restaurant is the best I've eaten in anywhere in the world! The chefs are marvellous, the food was varied, & topped up regularly, & amazing, the bain maries keep the food hot! Our daughter & granddaughter are vegans & they had a huge choice of dishes. We're omnivores & there was plenty of meat, fish, etc. So the Sandy Beach has a few problems to sort out. But the staff are very helpful.

This holiday was amazing, me and my family had an incredible time, the views from the hotel were unbelievable, Nacho and the animation team were so lovely, they engaged with everyone and made our holiday so much more enjoyable!

I came with my family to this beautiful island and I just loved it The hotel itself is huge and very nice, the rooms are big and with an amazing decoration Special thank you to the staff Nachos and the rest of the team for all the effort during our stay Will be back 100%

This resort was very good. The room was very clean, the staff were all polite and helpful. The location is good depending on the holiday you want. It is far out, so going to Corfu town is a long journey and not many markets around but it is lovely and quiet. The only “issue” is that at night there was only 1 bar open which meant on the busier nights the line was quite long. Although the season had not really started the animation team were absolutely amazing, making sure everyone was entertained. They put on lots of different activities and included everyone. Nate, Leo, Marian, Davido, Jethro, Melissa and Cindy were absolutely amazing with the kids getting them to join in with activities and at the disco. Nate and Leo regularly check in with the guests to ensure they are enjoying their stay. They ensured the hotel had a fun and friendly atmosphere. I can’t thank the entertainment team enough, for making our holiday so much fun. I am very thankful to them for making the week so much fun. I would highly recommend this hotel to families with kids as the animation team are outstanding.

Excellent resort. It's spread out over a large area with lots of low rise buildings, several pools and bars and eateries. Our room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and with two large twin beds. The beds were very comfortable and room was kept very clean. We had an issue with lack of hot water the first morning but after reporting it, a friendly maintenance man came round 10 minutes later and fixed it. Our shower wasn't so good, sometimes too hot, then too cold, difficult to regulate it. There were lots of sunbeds, not sure what it is like in high season, but we had a huge choice of empty sunbeds. There is also an adult only area which is nice as my daughter and I like the quieter adult surroundings. You can book some lunch which they bring to your table overlooking the sea. We really enjoyed this as the main restaurant is huge and can get very busy and noisy. We wanted to try the speciality restaurants they have on offer but were told, you can only book 2 of them if you are staying 7 nights. We stayed 5 nights and weren't allowed any included in the all in package. As we love Greek food and the restaurant food although very good, not enough Greek choice for our liking, we went and had a meal out at a local restaurant one evening and one lunch in Corfu town. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. If you like a family holiday with kids, I don't think you can go wrong. There are plenty of pools, a beautiful beach and lots of activities geared for families.

A wonderful 7 day break with the family. Lovely place in a great location. Attentive staff and clean and tidy throughout with a great selection of food and restaurants. The Remarcsunseafun Team were amazing and their activities and entertainment were second to none. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back 🙏😊

The reviews of this place are quite mixed so we were a little anxious.... There was no need, this place was such a joy to stay! The rooms were generously sized, kept spotlessly clean and had the usual fridge, tea coffee making and also hairdryers! Our room was a family suite which meant we got our own sperate bedroom and ensuite! With 3 pools, one of which had 4 slides and poolside salads, wraps, pizza and hot dogs etc there was no shortage of sun beds, bikes and scooters for hire and a lovely beach with free sunbeds and parasols. The food was varied and a fair quality for all inclusive, as we're the drinks. You had two visits to a la carte Italian or Greek included too, to mix it up. Lastly, but certainly not least, the entertainers. What a great bunch. Daily kids clubs in the morning and afternoon, water polo, treasure hunts, football, darts competitions, beer pong, aqua fit. The list went on, they catered so well for a big variety of ages and also laid on mini discos, quizs and competitions. Leo, Marian, David and Nate were so good and friendly, such a credit to the resort. All in all, it was a lovely location and whilst not the ritz, it was perfectly good surroundings, food and drink. Would definitely go again. Had such an enjoyable week - Thank you!

🧿This resort exceeded my expectations with its beautiful environment, excellent food, and welcoming staff. From the very beginning we felt comfortable and well taken care of.

🧿The room was spacious, quiet, and had a large terrace. The amenities met all expectations — very comfortable beds, air conditioning, a small fridge (perfect for keeping water cool for the beach), a safe, and fresh towels provided daily.

🧿The resort feels like a small village, with a main restaurant, a restaurant near the beach, several pools with bars, and a large, well-stocked shop. The all-inclusive service was excellent: a wide variety of buffets, different types of meat each day (pork, beef, duck, fish), and plenty of vegetarian options. I especially enjoyed the dolmades (served both hot and cold), the delicious moussaka, the local olives, and the feta cheese. The main restaurant was always spotless, and the staff were friendly, smiling, and very attentive.

🧿The pools were well maintained, the beach sandy, and the adults-only zone was a big plus — the loungers with mattresses were extremely comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the pool bar, where the bartenders were not only hard-working but also very funny and made the stay even more enjoyable 🩵

🧿 The location of the resort is excellent — close to a market, tavernas, and the Korission Lagoon. A trip to Kerkyra Town is definitely worth it.

Overall, a wonderful holiday experience — highly recommended, 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Charged €105 on arrival as per the 5* rated tourist tax, which the experience does not reflect 5*. Rooms were spacious, lots of storage, however the bedding was not changed once during our 7 night stay. We were told towels are only changed every 3 days when requesting fresh ones (some of our towels were used to cover the drains from the smell leaving us short), floors were dirty even after cleaning, smell of sewers came through the drains in the bathroom at times which was very unpleasant (smell was also constant at the back of the hotel). The food served was repetitive, lukewarm at best, not much options. The Italian restaurant was a better experience, hot food, however the service felt very rushed. We went elsewhere for entertainment as we found it wasn't great at the hotel. The arcade was fairly decent, however the sewer smell was rife, resulting in us not want to stay long. When requesting for the room to be cleaned, we found only that the bins were changed. The sun loungers appeared unclean too, and my friend hurt their foot on the uneven tiles in the pool. One of our fresh towels had marks on which looked like blood?! The drain overflowed with soap after we each had a shower. We also experienced a few power cuts. We woke up and no electric was working, once it came back on it went off again. It was fixed, we went to the canteen for breakfast and the electric went off again, fixed. Back to our room and the electric went off once again. Although it was only a few moments at a time, it would have been nice for staff to have updated us on what was happening. Comparing to other experiences, staff didn’t make an effort to greet or chat to you, sometimes appearing quite rude. Overall, our stay was okay, however for the price we paid and the 5* tax we were charged does not reflect the experience we had. Would not visit again.
