We could check in earlier and they helped us book a taxi to the airport. The building is a bit old, but blends in well in OLD town. Very nice view from our hotel room. Big plus with a small fridge in the room

Very clean, helpful staff, great view over the harbour. Convenient for the ferry and airport. Very happy with our stay.

We stayed for one night after our stay in Albania because of the early flight next morning. The location is great, a bit far to walk from the port with a luggage on wheels, but manageable

The facilities in general are great, staff friendly and helpful, but we had severe food poisoning. The resort caters for 1,500-2,000 people snd serves buffet lunch/dinner

Given the severity of food poisoning we were confined to our room for 3 days. This resort has full potential but they need to sort out food hygiene standards for good

Our swim-up villa was lovely, but unfortunately pool was dirty and poorly maintained, we had to ask for it to be cleaned and for the lights to be turned on

We were sold a luxury, adults-only, all-inclusive experience for our honeymoon, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that promise

The food was often over-salted and of inconsistent quality, with limited or no snack options available throughout the day

While we still made the most of our time together and had an amazing trip overall, several aspects fell short

The food gets better and better every time you go down the variety and quality of the food is enough to put a smile on your face and quench your hunger any time

The view from the rooms is absolutely stunning whichever room you are in and if you have any questions they are answered as best as you could possibly ask for

The catering food hall opens at certain times but if you miss those times theirs is a snack bar which serves lovely delicacies when the food hall is shut

The bar is open all day until 11pm which is all you need because you will have ate so much lovely food at the hotel you will be ready for bed

We are exceptionally happy with our stay and hands down without a doubt will return one day there is no other place in corfu you should stay

The rooms are as good as you could ever ask for, the showers offer piping hot or freezing cold water to refresh you any time of the day

Quiet neighbourhood, close to the city centre. Host was very helpful, and he gave us clear instructions on how to access the property and shared its location in advance. Albeit short, our stay was wonderful

The property is a 15-minute walk from the airport. Taxi cost is around €35 even so it was impossible to get a cab. The apartment was spotless clean, with fresh white sheets and all the necessary amenities

Where to start, we were so much tired n didn’t want to travel more and luckily hotel location is just 12-15 mints walk from airport. Room was very wide and bathroom as well

Both were clean, ambiance was fantastic, peaceful. Also 15 mints walk from city center to talk ferry or buses to go blue lagoon l, poxes etc

The accommodation is clean, good value for money, I recommend it. The only downside is the smell coming from the bathroom drain.

Room service cleaner forget to put towels in the room but as it was only one day stay so we managed

There was a large population of stray cats around the area and some were around the pool and garden but got the vibe that the staff viewed them as part of the hotel. Really enjoyed petting the kitties

I had a wonderful time staying at the property. The gardens leading up to the pool are beautifully maintained, it is lovely having breakfast on the front patio, and the beds were very comfortable and cozy

Hotel staff very helpful ,breakfast was superior, the pool area and gardens were very nice all in all a very nice hotel, wife used spa and the girl was friendly and gave her outstanding service

Staff was so welcoming and helpful- nothing was too much. Even in the last day when they closed for season and probably wanted us all out :-) Great people and nice hotel

Great hotel, very helpful staff. Everything was great. If the windows overlook the road, it is a bit noisy with the balcony door open.

2 members of my family were stung ! More needs to be done regarding this. The gym equipment is rusty and does not reflect the image on the web site. I was gutted to discover it was so badly maintained

I understand the hotel to be eco friendly but the wasps were everywhere and there was little done to control the situation. So many people jumping about and unable to eat outside

Even though we booked last minute, we were treated like valued guests from the very first moment. That’s rare, and it’s exactly why we’ll be coming back

Definitely not 5 star, the details let it down - like missing parts of room numbers on doors a, tiles missing in the bathroom and the pool tables were out of order

Despite how busy the hotel was, she still took the time to explain everything patiently, with a genuine smile and so much kindness. She made the whole process feel effortless and personal

You can tell she truly cares about the guests—she remembered our names, checked in on us during our stay, and made sure any little request was handled immediately

Friday night there was live entertainment which was a nice touch. A great adult only hotel that's perfectly situated. It'll be our choice when we visit Corfu again

Nice smallish boutique hotel - located in a peaceful location a short drive out of Corfu Old Town - although very limited bars/shops facilities in the immediate locality it is very easy to get in to the main town by very cheap and regular local bus

In my opinion this hotel is higher than a three star. Lovely room with king size bed, bathroom immaculate. 40 minute walk into Corfu town but hotel was perfect. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds, staff very friendly

We didn’t eat at the hotel in the evening, just bed and breakfast, but other guests at hotel said food was lovely. Breakfast great, plenty of choice. We did have club sandwich each one lunch time, very big portions

On reception Christina and Olga always helpful with a smile and able to answer any questions,tip if you plan to use the local bus( 20 minutes into old town ) buy you tickets at reception half price

This small hotel is an absolute gem,nice garden and swimming pool,plenty of sun loungers. The staff in the restaurant are friendly and know there stuff,food excellent as was the breakfast choice

We had the most brilliant stay at Mathraki Resort, the rooms were spotless, the facilities were amazing, and the location was just perfect! As a group of young girls we also felt extremely safe both at the hotel & surrounding areas! We will definitely be back & recommending it to all of our friends & family!

The beach is also nearby although worth going into Dassia which we found to be a nicer beach. It’s about a 20min taxi ride to visit Corfu Town which is vibrant & bustling with a huge choice of restaurants, bars & shops

You will get a really warm welcome here at this family run resort, George, Maria & their sons are so friendly & helpful. We didn’t try dinner but had some lovely breakfast & lunch

Gouvia main strip resort is a few minutes walk down across main road and we really liked that as you are away from traffic and noise! We will definitely return to Mathraki 😊

Perfect week at Mathraki, really enjoyed the swimming pool and fabulous sunbeds - amazing! The family look after everyone so well and the food is very much enjoyed

Also great cocktails! It’s a short transfer from the airport & a short walk into Gouvia centre with a good choice of restaurants & a few bars

I can't say enough about this place! The staff is so helpful and courteous. The owner was amazing from the moment we booked with answering questions and putting us in contact with locals to rent cars and to book trips

Overall, all the staff were warm and welcoming, creating a cozy, family-like atmosphere that you don’t often find in other hotels. A special thanks as well to the owner, Kyana, who was very respectful and professional

The shower was very large with a glass door and good power- which is something you don't normally get in corfu. I can't say enough good things about this place! We will definitely be back in 2026 with our families

The garden is absolutely beautiful and the pool is very nice. Acharavi is very cute and the beach was amazing. Beautiful clear water and such a beautiful view with the mountains in the background

We are now on first name basis with Alexis, the hotel manager and Alexandra the host, Marko and his team who kept everything in the grounds beautifully looked after and the pool cleaned daily

Lovely from the moment we arrived. Staff go above and beyond, we had a toddler with us and they were all so patient and helpful! Slightly quiet in October but still amazing

We stayed at Akron during the last week of July for the second year in a row having had such a great time last time around and everything was as good or even better this year

Hotel complex have one big pool and few smaller that belongs to different rooms. There is small gym open and spa with different types of massaguess. Beaches are all around hotel complex, the nearest is Canal L' Amour

We were from the 16th to the 29th. September at the Akron Seascape Resort in Corfu. We were very nicely received there and the first impression is breathtaking with the beautiful view of the Canal d'Amour

A fantastic, clean hotel situated close to everything in Corfu. The views from all the rooms are peaceful and very green. As well, the pool and outdoor bar area are maintained and enjoyable for drinks or food

Excellent hotel in a great location, situated on a hilltop with fantastic views of Corfu. Very clean, friendly staff and the hotel also offers free breakfast which was very good

Very rustic rooms just want we wanted,close to shops and restaurants but if you don’t like Greek food don’t go to Acharavi it’s not a brits aboard place. WiFi abit hit a miss but we wasn’t fused

Very comfortable beach with almost fully sandy access to the water and by the way i guess there is the warmest water on the entire island. Acharavi is very good option for budget stay at Corfu

There is a swimming pool on the property, and the sea with one of the best beaches is just a short walk away – a huge advantage. A perfect place for a peaceful and comfortable holiday!

This is a 2-stars hotel and photos on site are very objective. It is a minute by foot to the seaside, very nice beach, has nice pool with the bar and lovely Marko and Billy always in good mood

One night we didn't have hot water to shower but soon the problem got solved. I was disappointed about the room because we saw different photos on the web and it was completely different in reality

The room I got as a couple was not with a standard double bed and not comfortable. The doors were old enough not renovated. We didn't have a TV and the closet had a mouldy smell

We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and great quality - and the food and drink at the beach bar were delicious - stunning iced coffees! There are a handful of lovely restaurants within walking distance and all the owners are friendly and welcoming (Seaside Snack Bar; Giacomo's Pizza Pasta & Wine; BO the Butcher; Taverna Bacchus)

The private beach was very well organized and looked after, and the sun-beds were so comfortable! After sunset, we enjoyed our quiet stroll in the gardens with amazing smell of herbs and serene lighting, so calming and relaxing

The spa was great with lovely treatments and a small gym. And I almost forgot to mention the hotel buggies that take you from A to B with a private driver across the hotel grounds! Lovely touch

We'll be returning for our third consecutive year in 2026 with our 4yo and this time will stay for 10 nights as seven just isn't enough for this magical place! I really cannot fault it

We specially enjoyed the tasty steaks, which were perfectly cooked, various salads as well as their homemade sourdough with the top notch olive oil from Corfu

Also the breakfast was fantastic with so many options, definitely one of the best we had in five star hotels. Most of all, the staff were truly kind

The apartment has air conditioning, which cools you down on the hottest days, and it has a kitchenette perfect for a quick meal before the beach

The location is good, only 2 minutes mins walk to the village taverna and 3 mins walk to a supermarket. Only 8 mins walk to the beach

Myself and my boyfriend had the best 5 nights staying here, the staff were exceptional and the breakfast was delicious, with different dishes to try from each day including some traditional Greek cuisine

We were welcomed very nicely by the reception with great recommendations for close by restaurants. We entered the very nice cooled down rooms and had enough space to really settle

We had 5 nights in a newly renovated studio, it was excellent. The family are so friendly and accommodating, they can’t do enough for you

We really enjoyed our stay the beach is stunning clean and clear water, the hotel is kept very tidy, food is good, all the staff are absolutely amazing all work very hard, George, Irene, Christina and Anna never seem to stop

The restaurant staff was excellent and made us want to stay longer (with drinks 😉). The food was very good as well. The location right at the beach is great. Our room was very spacious, nice and clean

We had a room with a private pool that we didn’t use as preferred the beach and the main pool. The hotel looks like it’s recently had a refresh, the rooms are perhaps a little more dated but very spacious and comfortable

The bathroom had spa bath and huge shower, wonderful room. Staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, all spoke English. Breakfast was a buffet with hot and cold items, plenty to pick from

Had the best time with my girl friends! Lovely relaxing pool and the best cocktails! Friendly staff as well :) nice and clean and felt very safe throughout my stay.

They also have security every night to keep the hotel’s customers safe (shoutout to james). All rooms have shutters so it is pitch black

The late night parties, disco and bingo were amazing oh also forgot Greece night showing off their beautiful cultural dance really showing how much they want to enjoy your time being there and learning about the Greek culture

There are 4 pools to chose from and there was always sun loungers available. Most days we were the only ones sat at the reception pool. Its a nice walk to Avlaki beach or walk into kassiopi harbour

Firstly I have to say the location was amazing, having a balcony right of top of the hill was amazing giving us a challenge getting to the hotel what that was ok. The food was good giving us a good variety of the food

The bar was good, having good drinks, beer and ice cream. There was a lot of sun-beds to use. The service was good giving us was we needed and if we had any problems they would sort it amazingly

The 2 beds in the first room were like kids beds, but we managed for the first night, then we were able to move rooms. The second room was better and on the other side of the road and closer to restaurant and bar

We stayed in block 4 and the rooms were modern and comfortable. There was a small kitchenette and fridge. We were all inclusive and the food was good. There was always a selection and it was tasty
