Really enjoyed our stay at Stay 365 Heraklion. The place was super clean with great attention to detail, and the facilities felt fresh and modern. The concierge service was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful — they gave us lots of useful tips and suggested some amazing activities around Heraklion. The location is a longer walk from the city centre than desirable but overall...

Service was good but there were flies in bathroom and it had an odour.

Survive was great the apartment beautiful , new modern style and very clean , the owner at he from desk was very nice

The surrounding area is very quiet. There is a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk for supplies. The room is also very good, with its own parking lot (it will be closed, so be careful). Check-in is very simple, all with a password.

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff and good location to stay

The hotel itself is in a good environment, but the surroundings are a bit messy. It is a bit far from the old town, but it is convenient to walk there. The room facilities are good, but the bathroom is too small, especially the shower room, which is really inconvenient.
